Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kętrzyńskim. Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 200 osób w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia (tj. od dnia 30 urodzin), zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Kętrzynie jako osoby bezrobotne (należące do I lub II profilu pomocy) i spełniające co najmniej jedno z następujących kryteriów: osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Projekt przewiduje realizację następujących form wsparcia: szkolenia dla 74 uczestników w tym 10 długotrwale, 1 niepełnosprawna, staże dla 33 uczestników, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 48 uczestników, prace interwencyjne dla 30 uczestników. Projekt zakłada ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej na poziomie co najmniej 28%, dla kobiet 34%, dla uczestników niepełnosprawnych 28%, dla długotrwale bezrobotnych 25%, dla uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach 33%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in the county of blooms. The project involves providing support to 200 persons over the age of 29 (i.e. from day 30 of birth) registered in the Poviat Labour Office at KêTrio as unemployed (in the first or second profiles of the aid) and meeting at least one of the following criteria: long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, people over 50, women, the low-skilled. The project provides for the following forms of support: training for 74 participants including 10 long-term, 1 disabled, 33 participant traineeships, one-off business for 48 participants, intervention work for 30 participants. The project involves an overall employment performance ratio of at least 28 % for people aged 50 and over, 34 % for women, 28 % for disabled participants, 25 % for the long-term unemployed, and 33 % for low-skilled participants. The project will run from 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016. (English)
