UP w ciągu 4 m-cy od dnia przystąpienia do P zostanie przedstawiona oferta dalszego kształcenia, która będzie odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby UP oraz pracodawców oraz oferta stażu zawodowego, prowadząca do zatrudnienia na lokalnym rynku pracy.P będzie realizowany zgodnie z zasadą UNIWERSALNEGO PROJEKTOWANIA.Jeśli wyrazi chęć udziału w P ON to zostanie jej umożliwiony udział i wdrożony wg potrzeb mechanizm rac.usprawnień, tak aby bez przeszkód ON mogły wziąć udział w P. Ponad to każdy UP otrzyma materiały dot.równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym równości szans KiM (do wyboru materiały w formie druku lub na CD).Wnioskodawca uwzględni wg potrzeb ON obiekty dostosowane do potrzeb ON, np dostosowane architektonicznie, do przeprowadzanych zajęć będą również wykorzystywane odpowiednie usprawnienia lub programy wg potrzeb osNP np usprawnienia przy wadach wzroku lub słuchu.Wykonawcy szkoleń i instruktorzy, pracodawcy i opiekunowie staży zostaną odpowiednio pouczeni o dostosowaniu wsparcia do potrzeb ON i niwelowaniu barier.Zostaną przekazane odpowiednie materiały edukacyjne.Wnioskodawca uwzględni wg potrzeb ON obiekty dostosowane do potrzeb ON, np dostosowane architektonicznie, do przeprowadzanych zajęć będą również wykorzystywane odpowiednie usprawnienia lub programy wg potrzeb ON np usprawnienia przy wadach wzroku lub słuchu.
