    Cieľom projektu je zvýšiť potenciál projektu. 60 UP (vrátane 35K a 25 m – osoby vo veku 18 – 29 rokov zo skupiny NEET – nepracujúce/výlučne neaktívne/a neštudujú ani neškolia vrátane nízkokvalifikovaných osôb a stredných miest) vrátane osôb so zdravotným postihnutím v Lubuskie Voivodeship v období 1.2.2019 – 30.6.2020 individualizovanou a komplexnou aktiváciou odbornej a vzdelávacej činnosti realizovanou v súlade s navrhnutou IPD, prostredníctvom odbornej prípravy a/alebo stáží podporovaných odborným poradenstvom a/alebo prácou, psychologickým poradenstvom.Účastníci projektu budú NEET v súlade s def. prijatým v OP WER s výnimkou osôb patriacich do cieľovej skupiny vymedzenej pre režim súťaže v podopatrení 1.3.1: 60 osôb (35K, 25 miliónov) vo veku 18 – 29 rokov, ktoré nepracujú (len neaktívne), neštudujú a neškolia, ako je definované v Lublinskom vojvodstve, vrátane osôb so zdravotným postihnutím.
