| Property / summary: Created in Saint-Denis in 2002, Proxité has been working for nearly 20 years for the prevention of early school leaving and the educational and professional success of young people aged 11 to 25 in difficulty, residing mainly in Priority Neighbourhoods of the City Policy and/or directed by socio-educational structures (Social Aid to Children, REP or REP+ colleges and high schools, local missions...) and strengthening the social link. Convinced that each young person can thrive in their schooling, choose their orientation and realise their professional project if they are informed, equipped and supported, we establish sponsorship relationships between these young people and volunteer professionals. Our support begins at the start of the 6th and goes until the first stages of professional integration, with vigilance and reinforcement of support during the transitions (college/high school, high school/graduate studies, first professional experiences). We start from their needs to offer them a tailor-made follow-up, articulating personalised mentoring and collective workshops. The young people we accompany have been more impacted by the economic and social consequences of the health crisis. In order to continue to meet the many needs identified, we will sponsor 440 young people in 2021 and 2022 in Ile-de-France, where we have been established for nearly 20 years. Criada em Saint-Denis em 2002, a Proxité trabalha há quase 20 anos na prevenção do abandono escolar precoce e no sucesso educativo e profissional dos jovens com idades compreendidas entre os 11 e os 25 anos em dificuldade, residentes principalmente em bairros prioritários da política municipal e/ou dirigidos por estruturas socioeducativas (Ajuda Social à Infância, REP ou REP+, escolas secundárias, missões locais...) e no reforço da ligação social. Convencidos de que cada jovem pode prosperar na sua escolaridade, escolher a sua orientação e realizar o seu projeto profissional se estiverem informados, equipados e apoiados, estabelecemos relações de patrocínio entre estes jovens e profissionais voluntários. O nosso apoio inicia-se no início do dia 6 e prolonga-se até às primeiras fases de integração profissional, com vigilância e reforço do apoio durante as transições (universidade/ensino secundário, ensino secundário/graduado, primeiras experiências profissionais). Partimos das suas necessidades para lhes oferecer um acompanhamento personalizado, articulando mentoria personalizada e seminários coletivos. Créée à Saint-Denis en 2002, Proxité oeuvre depuis près de 20 ans pour la prévention du décrochage et la réussite scolaire et professionnelle des jeunes de 11 à 25 ans en difficulté, résidant principalement dans des Quartiers Prioritaires de la Politique de la Ville et/ou orientés par des structures socio-éducatives (Aide Sociale à l Enfance, collèges et lycées REP ou REP+, missions locales...) et le renforcement du lien social. Convaincus que chaque jeune peut s épanouir dans sa scolarité, choisir son orientation et concrétiser son projet professionnel s il est informé, outillé et soutenu, nous mettons en place des relations de parrainage entre ces jeunes et des professionnels bénévoles. Notre accompagnement débute à l entrée en 6e et va jusqu aux premiers temps de l insertion professionnelle, avec une vigilance et un renforcement de l accompagnement au moment des transitions (collège/lycée, lycée/études supérieures, premières expériences professionnelles). Nous partons de leurs besoins pour leur proposer un suivi sur-mesure, articulant mentorat personnalisé et ateliers collectifs. Les jeunes que nous accompagnons ont été davantage impactés par les conséquences économiques et sociales de la crise sanitaire. Pour pouvoir continuer à répondre aux nombreux besoins identifiés, nous allons parrainer 440 jeunes en 2021 et 2022 en Ile-de-France, où nous sommes implantés depuis près de 20 ans. (French)

Убедени, че всеки млад човек може да преуспее в своето образование, да избере ориентацията си и да реализира своя професионален проект, ако е информиран, оборудван и подкрепен, ние установяваме отношения на спонсорство между тези млади хора и доброволци. Нашата подкрепа започва в началото на 6-ти и продължава до първите етапи на професионалната интеграция, с бдителност и засилване на подкрепата по време на преходите (колеж/гимназия, гимназиално/дипломно обучение, първи професионален опит). Започваме с техните нужди, за да им предложим специално разработени последващи действия, изразяващи се в персонализирано наставничество и колективни семинари. Младите хора, които придружаваме, бяха засегнати в по-голяма степен от икономическите и социалните последици от здравната криза. За да продължим да отговаряме на многобройните идентифицирани нужди, ще спонсорираме 440 млади хора през 2021 г. и 2022 г. в Ил дьо Франс, където сме създадени от близо 20 години. (Bulgarian)

Společnost Proxité, založená v Saint-Denis v roce 2002, již téměř 20 let pracuje na prevenci předčasného ukončování školní docházky a na vzdělávacím a profesním úspěchu mladých lidí ve věku 11 až 25 let v obtížích, kteří mají bydliště zejména v prioritních sousedstvích městské politiky a/nebo řídí sociálně-vzdělávací struktury (Sociální pomoc dětem, vysoké školy a vysoké školy REP nebo REP+, místní mise...) a posilování sociální vazby. Přesvědčeni, že každý mladý člověk může prosperovat ve své škole, zvolit si svou orientaci a realizovat svůj profesní projekt, pokud je informován, vybaven a podporován, vytváříme sponzorské vztahy mezi těmito mladými lidmi a dobrovolníky. Naše podpora začíná na začátku 6. a pokračuje až do prvních fází profesní integrace, s ostražitostí a posílením podpory během přechodů (vysoká škola, střední škola/absolventské studium, první odborné zkušenosti). Začínáme od jejich potřeb nabídnout jim na míru přizpůsobené sledování, artikulovat personalizované mentoring a kolektivní workshopy. Mladí lidé, které doprovázíme, byli více zasaženi hospodářskými a sociálními důsledky zdravotní krize. Abychom i nadále uspokojili mnoho zjištěných potřeb, budeme sponzorovat 440 mladých lidí v letech 2021 a 2022 v Ile-de-France, kde jsme byli zřízeni téměř 20 let. (Czech)

Proxité, der blev oprettet i Saint-Denis i 2002, har i næsten 20 år arbejdet for at forebygge skolefrafald og den uddannelsesmæssige og faglige succes for unge i alderen 11-25 år i vanskeligheder, der hovedsagelig bor i prioriterede kvarterer i bypolitikken og/eller styret af socio-pædagogiske strukturer (social bistand til børn, REP eller REP+ gymnasier og gymnasier, lokale missioner...) og styrke den sociale forbindelse. Overbevist om, at alle unge kan trives i deres skolegang, vælge deres orientering og realisere deres faglige projekt, hvis de er informeret, udstyret og støttet, etablerer vi sponsorforhold mellem disse unge og frivillige fagfolk. Vores støtte begynder i starten af den 6. og går indtil de første faser af faglig integration, med årvågenhed og styrkelse af støtten under overgangene (højskole/gymnasium, high school/graduate studier, første faglige erfaringer). Vi tager udgangspunkt i deres behov for at tilbyde dem en skræddersyet opfølgning, formulere personlig mentoring og kollektive workshops. De unge, vi ledsager, er blevet mere påvirket af de økonomiske og sociale konsekvenser af sundhedskrisen. Proxité wurde 2002 in Saint-Denis gegründet und arbeitet seit fast 20 Jahren für die Prävention von Schulabbruch und den schulischen und beruflichen Erfolg von Jugendlichen im Alter von 11 bis 25 Jahren, die hauptsächlich in vorrangigen Vierteln der Stadtpolitik wohnen und/oder von sozialpädagogischen Strukturen (Sozialhilfe für Kinder, Hochschulen und Gymnasien REP oder REP+, lokale Missionen...) orientiert sind. In der Überzeugung, dass jeder Jugendliche in der Schule gedeihen, seine Orientierung wählen und sein berufliches Projekt umsetzen kann, wenn er informiert, gerüstet und unterstützt wird, schaffen wir Patenschaftsbeziehungen zwischen diesen Jugendlichen und ehrenamtlichen Fachkräften. Unsere Begleitung beginnt mit dem Eintritt in die 6. Klasse und geht bis in die ersten Phasen der beruflichen Eingliederung, mit Wachsamkeit und Verstärkung der Begleitung zum Zeitpunkt der Übergänge (College/Gymnasium, Gymnasium/Gymnasium, erste berufliche Erfahrungen). Wir gehen von ihren Bedürfnissen aus, um ihnen maßgeschneiderte Betreuung, personalisierte Mentoring und kollektive Workshops anzubieten. Die jungen Menschen, die wir begleiten, sind stärker von den wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Folgen der Gesundheitskrise betroffen. Δημιουργήθηκε στο Saint-Denis το 2002, η Proxité εργάζεται εδώ και σχεδόν 20 χρόνια για την πρόληψη της πρόωρης εγκατάλειψης του σχολείου και την εκπαιδευτική και επαγγελματική επιτυχία των νέων ηλικίας 11 έως 25 ετών που αντιμετωπίζουν δυσκολίες, που διαμένουν κυρίως σε γειτονιές προτεραιότητας της πολιτικής για την πόλη και/ή διευθύνονται από κοινωνικοεκπαιδευτικές δομές (κοινωνική βοήθεια στα παιδιά, κολέγια REP ή REP+ και γυμνάσια, τοπικές αποστολές...) και ενίσχυση του κοινωνικού δεσμού. Πεπεισμένοι ότι κάθε νέος μπορεί να ευδοκιμήσει στη σχολική του εκπαίδευση, να επιλέξει τον προσανατολισμό του και να υλοποιήσει το επαγγελματικό του έργο, εάν είναι ενημερωμένος, εξοπλισμένος και υποστηριζόμενος, καθιερώνουμε σχέσεις χορηγίας μεταξύ αυτών των νέων και των εθελοντών επαγγελματιών. Η υποστήριξή μας ξεκινά από την αρχή του 6ου και συνεχίζεται μέχρι τα πρώτα στάδια της επαγγελματικής ένταξης, με επαγρύπνηση και ενίσχυση της υποστήριξης κατά τη διάρκεια των μεταβάσεων (σχολείο/Γύκειο, Λύκειο/πτυχιακές σπουδές, πρώτες επαγγελματικές εμπειρίες). Ξεκινάμε από τις ανάγκες τους για να τους προσφέρουμε μια εξατομικευμένη παρακολούθηση, αρθρώνοντας εξατομικευμένα σεμινάρια καθοδήγησης και συλλογικά εργαστήρια. Οι νέοι που συνοδεύουμε επηρεάστηκαν περισσότερο από τις οικονομικές και κοινωνικές συνέπειες της κρίσης στον τομέα της υγείας. Created in Saint-Denis in 2002, Proxité has been working for nearly 20 years for the prevention of early school leaving and the educational and professional success of young people aged 11 to 25 in difficulty, residing mainly in Priority Neighbourhoods of the City Policy and/or directed by socio-educational structures (Social Aid to Children, REP or REP+ colleges and high schools, local missions...) and strengthening the social link. Convinced that each young person can thrive in their schooling, choose their orientation and realise their professional project if they are informed, equipped and supported, we establish sponsorship relationships between these young people and volunteer professionals. Our support begins at the start of the 6th and goes until the first stages of professional integration, with vigilance and reinforcement of support during the transitions (college/high school, high school/graduate studies, first professional experiences). We start from their needs to offer them a tailor-made follow-up, articulating personalised mentoring and collective workshops. The young people we accompany have been more impacted by the economic and social consequences of the health crisis. In order to continue to meet the many needs identified, we will sponsor 440 young people in 2021 and 2022 in Ile-de-France, where we have been established for nearly 20 years. (English)

Convencidos de que cada joven puede prosperar en su educación, elegir su orientación y realizar su proyecto profesional si está informado, equipado y apoyado, establecemos relaciones de patrocinio entre estos jóvenes y profesionales voluntarios. Nuestro apoyo comienza a principios del 6.º y se extiende hasta las primeras etapas de integración profesional, con vigilancia y refuerzo del apoyo durante las transiciones (universidad/escuela secundaria, bachillerato/grado, primeras experiencias profesionales). Partimos de sus necesidades para ofrecerles un seguimiento a medida, articulando tutorías personalizadas y talleres colectivos. Los jóvenes que acompañamos se han visto más afectados por las consecuencias económicas y sociales de la crisis sanitaria. Con el fin de seguir cubriendo las numerosas necesidades identificadas, patrocinaremos a 440 jóvenes en 2021 y 2022 en Ile-de-France, donde hemos estado establecidos durante casi 20 años. (Spanish)

Meie toetus algab 6. ja kestab kuni professionaalse integratsiooni esimeste etappideni, valvsuse ja toetuse tugevdamisega üleminekute ajal (kolledž/keskkool, gümnaasium/kõrgharidus, esimesed erialased kogemused). Alustame nende vajadustest, et pakkuda neile kohandatud järelmeetmeid, liigendades personaalset juhendamist ja kollektiivseid õpikodasid. Proxité on perustettu Saint-Denisissä vuonna 2002 lähes 20 vuoden ajan ehkäistäkseen koulunkäynnin keskeyttämistä ja 11–25-vuotiaiden vaikeuksissa olevien nuorten koulutusta ja ammatillista menestystä, jotka asuvat pääasiassa kaupunkipolitiikan painopistealueilla ja/tai joita ohjaavat sosiaali- ja koulutusrakenteet (sosiaalinen apu lapsille, REP- tai REP±oppilaitokset ja lukiot, paikallistehtävät jne.) ja sosiaalisen yhteyden vahvistaminen. Olemme vakuuttuneita siitä, että jokainen nuori voi menestyä koulussaan, valita suuntautumisensa ja toteuttaa ammatillisen projektinsa, jos hän on tietoinen, varustettu ja tuettu, luomme sponsorointisuhteita näiden nuorten ja vapaaehtoistyöntekijöiden välille. Tuki alkaa kuudennen päivän alussa ja jatkuu ammatillisen integraation ensimmäisiin vaiheisiin, valppauteen ja tuen vahvistamiseen siirtymävaiheiden aikana (oppilaitos/lukio, lukio/tutkinto-opinnot, ensimmäiset työkokemukset). Osnovan 2002. u Saint-Denisu, Proxité već gotovo 20 godina radi na prevenciji ranog napuštanja školovanja te na obrazovnom i profesionalnom uspjehu mladih u dobi od 11 do 25 godina u teškoćama, koji uglavnom borave u prioritetnim četvrtima gradske politike i/ili kojima upravljaju socio-obrazovne strukture (Socijalna pomoć djeci, fakulteti REP ili REP+ i srednje škole, lokalne misije...) i jačanje društvene veze. Uvjereni da svaka mlada osoba može napredovati u svom školovanju, odabrati svoju orijentaciju i ostvariti svoj profesionalni projekt ako je informirana, opremljena i podržana, uspostavljamo sponzorske odnose između tih mladih ljudi i volonterskih stručnjaka. Naša podrška počinje na početku 6. i traje sve do prvih faza profesionalne integracije, uz oprez i jačanje podrške tijekom prijelaza (kolegij/srednja škola, srednjoškolski/diplomski studij, prva stručna iskustva). Polazimo od njihovih potreba kako bismo im ponudili prilagođeno praćenje, artikuliranje personaliziranog mentorstva i kolektivne radionice. Na mlade koje pratimo više su utjecale gospodarske i socijalne posljedice zdravstvene krize. Kako bismo i dalje ispunjavali brojne utvrđene potrebe, u 2021. i 2022. sponzorirat ćemo 440 mladih u Ile-de-Franceu, gdje smo osnovani gotovo 20 godina. (Croatian)

Meggyőződve arról, hogy minden fiatal boldogulhat az iskolájában, megválaszthatja orientációját és megvalósíthatja szakmai projektjét, ha tájékozott, felszerelt és támogatott, szponzori kapcsolatokat alakítunk ki e fiatalok és az önkéntes szakemberek között. Támogatásunk a 6. év elején kezdődik, és a szakmai integráció első szakaszáig tart, éberséggel és az átmenetek során nyújtott támogatás megerősítésével (főiskola/középiskola, középiskola/graduális tanulmányok, első szakmai tapasztalatok). Az igényeikből indulunk ki, hogy személyre szabott nyomon követést, személyre szabott mentorálást és kollektív workshopokat kínáljunk nekik. Az általunk kísért fiatalokat jobban érintették az egészségügyi válság gazdasági és társadalmi következményei. Convinti che ogni giovane possa prosperare nella propria scuola, scegliere il proprio orientamento e realizzare il proprio progetto professionale se è informato, attrezzato e supportato, stabiliamo rapporti di sponsorizzazione tra questi giovani e professionisti volontari. Il nostro supporto inizia all'inizio del 6º e va fino alle prime fasi di integrazione professionale, con vigilanza e rafforzamento del supporto durante le transizioni (collegio/scuola superiore, studi superiori/laurea, prime esperienze professionali). Partiamo dalle loro esigenze per offrire loro un follow-up su misura, articolando seminari di mentoring personalizzati e collettivi. I giovani che accompagniamo sono stati maggiormente colpiti dalle conseguenze economiche e sociali della crisi sanitaria. Al fine di continuare a soddisfare le numerose esigenze individuate, sponsorizzeremo 440 giovani nel 2021 e nel 2022 nell'Ile-de-France, dove siamo stabiliti da quasi 20 anni. (Italian)

Įsitikinę, kad kiekvienas jaunuolis gali klestėti savo mokykloje, pasirinkti savo orientaciją ir realizuoti savo profesinį projektą, jei jis yra informuotas, aprūpintas ir remiamas, mes užmezgame rėmimo santykius tarp šių jaunų žmonių ir savanorių specialistų. Mūsų parama prasideda 6-osios pradžioje ir tęsiasi iki pirmųjų profesinės integracijos etapų, su budrumu ir paramos stiprinimu perėjimo metu (kolegija/vidurinė mokykla, vidurinė mokykla/universitetinės studijos, pirmoji profesinė patirtis). Mes pradedame nuo jų poreikių pasiūlyti jiems specialiai pritaikytus tolesnius veiksmus, susijusius su personalizuota mentoryste ir kolektyvinėmis dirbtuvėmis. Proxité, opgericht in Saint-Denis in 2002, werkt al bijna 20 jaar aan de preventie van voortijdig schoolverlaten en het onderwijs- en beroepssucces van jongeren van 11 tot 25 jaar in moeilijkheden, voornamelijk in prioritaire wijken van het stadsbeleid en/of geleid door sociaal-educatieve structuren (sociale hulp aan kinderen, REP- of REP±scholen en middelbare scholen, lokale missies...) en de sociale band versterken. Ervan overtuigd dat elke jongere kan gedijen in hun opleiding, zijn oriëntatie kan kiezen en zijn professionele project kan realiseren als ze geïnformeerd, uitgerust en ondersteund zijn, vestigen we sponsorrelaties tussen deze jongeren en vrijwilligers. Onze ondersteuning begint aan het begin van de 6e en gaat tot de eerste stadia van professionele integratie, met waakzaamheid en versterking van de ondersteuning tijdens de overgangen (college/hogeschool, middelbare school/universitaire studies, eerste professionele ervaringen). We starten vanuit hun behoeften om hen een follow-up op maat aan te bieden, gepersonaliseerde mentoring en collectieve workshops te articuleren. De jongeren die wij begeleiden zijn meer getroffen door de economische en sociale gevolgen van de gezondheidscrisis. Convencidos de que cada jovem pode prosperar na sua escolaridade, escolher a sua orientação e realizar o seu projeto profissional se estiverem informados, equipados e apoiados, estabelecemos relações de patrocínio entre estes jovens e profissionais voluntários. O nosso apoio inicia-se no início do dia 6 e prolonga-se até às primeiras fases de integração profissional, com vigilância e reforço do apoio durante as transições (universidade/ensino secundário, ensino secundário/graduado, primeiras experiências profissionais). Partimos das suas necessidades para lhes oferecer um acompanhamento personalizado, articulando mentoria personalizada e seminários coletivos. Creat în Saint-Denis în 2002, Proxité lucrează de aproape 20 de ani pentru prevenirea părăsirii timpurii a școlii și succesul educațional și profesional al tinerilor cu vârste cuprinse între 11 și 25 de ani aflați în dificultate, care locuiesc în principal în cartierele prioritare ale politicii urbane și/sau conduse de structuri socio-educaționale (Ajutoare sociale pentru copii, colegii REP sau REP+ și licee, misiuni locale...) și consolidarea legăturii sociale. Convinși că fiecare tânăr poate prospera în școlarizare, își poate alege orientarea și își poate realiza proiectul profesional dacă este informat, echipat și susținut, stabilim relații de sponsorizare între acești tineri și profesioniștii voluntari. Sprijinul nostru începe la începutul celui de-al 6-lea și trece până la primele etape ale integrării profesionale, cu vigilență și întărire a sprijinului în timpul tranzițiilor (colegiu/liceu, liceu/studii universitare, prime experiențe profesionale). Pornim de la nevoile lor de a le oferi o monitorizare personalizată, articulând mentorat personalizat și ateliere colective. Tinerii pe care îi însoțim au fost mai afectați de consecințele economice și sociale ale crizei sanitare. Spoločnosť Proxité, ktorá vznikla v Saint-Denis v roku 2002, pracuje takmer 20 rokov na predchádzaní predčasnému ukončeniu školskej dochádzky a na pedagogickom a profesionálnom úspechu mladých ľudí vo veku od 11 do 25 rokov v ťažkostiach, ktorí bývajú prevažne v prioritných susedstve mestskej politiky a/alebo sú riadené sociálno-vzdelávacími štruktúrami (Sociálna pomoc deťom, REP alebo REP+ a stredné školy, miestne misie...) a posilňuje sociálne prepojenie. V presvedčení, že každý mladý človek môže prosperovať vo svojej školskej dochádzke, zvoliť si orientáciu a realizovať svoj profesionálny projekt, ak je informovaný, vybavený a podporovaný, nadviažeme sponzorské vzťahy medzi týmito mladými ľuďmi a dobrovoľníkmi. Naša podpora začína na začiatku 6. a siaha až do prvých etáp profesionálnej integrácie, s ostražitosťou a posilnením podpory počas prechodu (vysoká škola/stredná škola, stredoškolské/absolventné štúdium, prvé odborné skúsenosti). Začíname od ich potrieb, aby sme im ponúkli na mieru šité nadväzné, artikulujúce personalizované mentorstvo a kolektívne workshopy. Izhajamo iz njihovih potreb, da jim ponudimo prilagojeno spremljanje, artikulacijo personaliziranega mentorstva in skupinske delavnice. Na mlade, ki jih spremljamo, so bolj vplivale gospodarske in socialne posledice zdravstvene krize. Da bi še naprej izpolnjevali številne ugotovljene potrebe, bomo v letih 2021 in 2022 podprli 440 mladih v Ile-de-France, kjer smo ustanovljeni že skoraj 20 let. (Slovenian)

Proxité inrättades i Saint-Denis 2002, och har arbetat i nästan 20 år för att förhindra att elever lämnar skolan i förtid och för att ungdomar i åldrarna 11–25 år i svårigheter ska bli framgångsrika i utbildningssyfte, främst i prioriterade grannskap i stadspolitiken och/eller leds av socio-utbildningsstrukturer (socialt stöd till barn, REP eller REP+ högskolor och gymnasieskolor, lokala uppdrag...) och stärka den sociala kopplingen. Övertygade om att varje ung person kan trivas i sin skolgång, välja orientering och förverkliga sitt professionella projekt om de är informerade, utrustade och stödda, etablerar vi sponsringsrelationer mellan dessa ungdomar och volontärer. Vårt stöd börjar i början av den 6: e och går till de första stadierna av professionell integration, med vaksamhet och förstärkning av stöd under övergångarna (högskola/gymnasium, gymnasie-/forskarutbildning, första yrkeserfarenhet). Vi utgår från deras behov att erbjuda dem en skräddarsydd uppföljning, artikulera personlig mentorskap och kollektiva workshops. De ungdomar vi följer har påverkats mer av hälsokrisens ekonomiska och sociala konsekvenser. För att fortsätta att tillgodose de många behov som identifierats kommer vi att sponsra 440 ungdomar 2021 och 2022 i Ile-de-France, där vi har etablerats i nästan 20 år. (Swedish)
