Przedmiotem projektu jest uzbrojenie techniczne terenów należących do Kostrzyńsko-Słubickiej Specjalnej StrefyEkonomicznej – Podstrefy Pełczyce. W ramach projektu uzbrojonych zostanie 9,6403 ha terenów inwestycyjnych,poprzez budowę 1 123,4 m sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej wraz z przepompownią ścieków; budowę 880,64 m dróggminnych wewnętrznych oraz 170,37 m dróg dojazdowych do podstrefy, wraz z chodnikami. Wybudowane zostanieoświetlenie strefy oraz oświetlenie wzdłuż dróg dojazdowych do niej. W ramach usprawnień racjonalizatorskichzlikwidowana zostanie kolizja linii energetycznej. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na zwiększenie atrakcyjności idostępności stref inwestycyjnych na obszarze objętym KS, w wyniku stworzenia nowej strefy inwestycyjnej na zdegradowanych terenach poprzemysłowych (na gruntach pochodzenia przemysłowego pożwirowych, obecniezdegradowanych, sklasyfikowane wg. ewidencji gruntów symbolami N i Bi). Realizowane w ramach projektu działaniabędą polegały na kompleksowym wyposażeniu stworzonej podstrefy ekonomicznej w media (w tym również budowiewewnętrznej infrastruktury komunikacyjnej) przeznaczone dla wszystkich przedsiębiorców, którzy będą funkcjonowaćna terenie strefy. Wzrost dostępności uzbrojonych terenów inwestycyjnych dla przedsiębiorców – szczególnie sektora MŚP, wpłynie na wzrost przedsiębiorczości na tych terenach, a co za tym idzie na tworzenie nowych miejsc pracy, co w konsekwencji przyczyni się do rozwiązania istotnych problemów z zakresu rozwoju gospodarczego i społecznegogminy oraz całego obszaru oddziaływania projektu. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny i w całości zostaniezrealizowany na obszarze Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego. (Polish)

The project concerns technical weaponry from Kostrzyńsko-Słubice Special Economic Zone (Special Economic Zone) Sub-zone. 9.6403 ha of investment sites will be seized by the project, through the construction of 1 123.4 m of the sewerage network with the pumping station; construction of 880.64 m of internal municipal overheads and 170.37 m of access roads into the sub-area, including pavements. The zoning and lighting along the access roads to the zone will be built. In the framework of rationalisation, a collision of the energy line will be removed. The implementation of the project will increase the attractiveness and accessibility of investment zones in the affected area as a result of the creation of a new investment zone in industrial brownfield sites (on industrial land of industrial crop, current degraded area classified as N and Bi’s land registry). The activities carried out in the framework of the project will consist of the comprehensive equipment of the built economic Sub-Zone in the media (including the construction of an internal communication infrastructure) for all economic operators who will operate within the area. The increase in the availability of armed investment areas for entrepreneurs, in particular the SME sector, will boost entrepreneurship in these areas and thus create new jobs, thus helping to resolve important economic and social development problems and the entire impact of the project. The project is of a permanent nature and is fully implemented in the West Pomeranian Region. (English)
