Celem proj. jest rewit. terenu poprzez promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Degradacja techniczna, społeczna i fizyczna starego miasta przełożyła się na pogorszenie jakości życia mieszkańców. Zaniedbania w zakresie infrastr. technicz. doprowadziły do zubożenia oferty rekreacyjnej, kulturalnej i edukacyjnej w mieście. Systematyczna eksploatacja istniejących obiektów i przestrzeni publicznych prowadzone bez gruntownych remontów i modernizacji przyczyniła się do degradacji, przez co istniejący potencjał społeczno-kulturalny dewaluuje się. Amfiteatr był miejscem organizacji wielu imprez plenerowych, koncertów i widowisk estradowych, które dla wielu mieszkańców miasta, zwłaszcza tych o niższym statucie materialnym, były jedyną okazją do skorzystania z oferty kulturalnej. Brak amfiteatru definitywnie odbiera im tę szansę. Aktualnie amf. jest wyłączony z uwagi na prowadzone w roku 2015 prace archeologiczne. Projekt dot. Modern. amfiteatru oraz odbudowy Centrum Rzemiosł i Kultury Warmińskiej. Zakres prac objętych projektem polega na wykonaniu prac przygotowawczych, robót budowlanych, zakupie śr. Trwałych i wyposaż., nadzorze projektu oraz promocji projektu. Całość obiektu służyć będzie aktywności artystycznej i społecznej obszarów rewitalizowanych. Wspólne przedsięwzięcia artystyczne przyczynią się do większej integracji i aktywności mieszkańców miasta oraz osób starszych we współpracy z stowarzyszeniami młodzieżowymi. Zrzeszone i wolne grupy społeczne będą podejmowały inicjatywy artystyczne celem zagospodarowania wolnego czasu oraz wzmocnienia potencjału społecznego. Utworzona infrastruktura amfiteatru stanie się miejscem spotkań artystów wywodzących się z lokalnej społeczności. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w zał. osi priorytetowej 8 RPOWiM 2014-2020 poprzez Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walkę z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. (Polish)

The objective is “land” by promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination. The technical, social and physical degradation of the old city has led to a deterioration in the quality of life of the inhabitants. Neglect of infrastructure, has led to the impoverishment of a recreational, cultural and educational offer in the city. The systematic use of existing public buildings and spaces without major refurbishment and modernisation has contributed to degradation and thus devalues the existing socio-cultural potential. Amphitheatre was a venue for a number of outdoor events, concerts and entertainers which, for many inhabitants of the city, in particular those with a lower substantive statute, were the only opportunity to make use of the cultural offer. The absence of an amphitheatre definitively prevents them from doing so. At present, af. is excluded because of the archaeological work carried out in 2015. Project on Modernisation of the amphitheatre and the reconstruction of the city of crafts and crafts. The scope of the works covered by the project consists of the completion of the preparatory work, the works, the purchase of the land. Sustainable and equipped, project supervision and project promotion. The site as a whole will serve artistic and social activities in regenerated areas. Joint artistic projects will contribute to the greater integration and activity of the city’s inhabitants and of the elderly in cooperation with the youth associations. Members and free social groups will undertake artistic initiatives to manage leisure time and strengthen their social potential. The infrastructure of the amphitheatre will become a meeting place for artists from the local community. The implementation of the project is part of the Annex axis 8 of the RPOWiM 2014-2020 by promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination. (English)
