Inwestycja dot. przebudowy i zmiany sposobu użytkowania dawnego bud. mieszk.–usług.Zgromadzenia Sióstr Miłosierdzia Św. Wincentego a Paulo w Lubawie – wsch. skrzydła oraz łącznika z głównym skrzydłem płn. zabytkowego Szpitala św. Jerzego, wpisanych wraz z bezpośrednim otoczeniem do rejestru zabytków. Projekt obejmuje:1)rob. ogólnobudowlane: rozbiórka i budowa nowego łącznika (w tym m.in.: roboty rozbiórkowe, ziemne, fundamenty, ściany fundamentowe oraz szyb windowy, stropy, ściany, dach, stolarka okienna i drzwiowa, wykończenie ścian oraz sufitów, piwnica, parter, piętro, elewacja, posadzki, opaska z kostki brukowej); przebudowa wschodniego skrzydła (m.in.: rob. rozbiórkowe, parter, piętra, posadzki, ścianki działowe i sufity, wykończenie ścian i posadzek, stolarka, pozostałe elementy wykończeniowe, elewacje, zagospodarowanie terenu; 2)rob. elektryczne (rozdzielnice i tablice CPV, wewn. linie zasilające, instalacja oświetlenia CPV, instalacja elektryczna i połączeń wyrównawczych CPV, syst.okablowania strukturalnego, inst.przyzywowa, telewizji, oddymiania klatki schodowej, pomiary powykonawcze); 3)rob. sanitarne (instalacja wod-kan, hydrantowa, c.o. i wentylacja); 4)Zakup łóżek rehab. i wanien do hydromasażu itd. Inwestycja wpisuje się w dział.8.1.Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich RPO W WM realizuje 9cel temat.:Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, priorytet inwest.9b:Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich, cel szczegół.: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Poprzez rewitalizację starego budynku realizuje cel: rewitalizacja miast i ubogich społeczności, ograniczanie ubóstwa poprzez włączenie społeczne osób dyskryminowanych. Budynek zyska nowe funkcje z przeznaczeniem głównie na oddział łóżkowy chorych nieporuszających się samodzielnie, często również upośledzonych umysłowo, udostępniony zostanie osobom niepełnosprawnym. Investment in rebuilding and changing the use of the old building. Winston and Paulo in Lubawa — the wings and the connecting factor with the main wing of the Square monument of St. John’s St Jerzy, who are registered together with their immediate surroundings in the Register of Historical Monuments. The project consists of (1) widespread construction: demolition and construction of a new connection (including, but not limited to: demolition works, earth, foundations, foundations, root walls and windglazing, floors, walls, roof, window and door frames, wall and ceiling finishes, basement floors, ground floor, floor, floor, floor, floor bands, paving blocks; reconstruction of the east wing (inter alia: demolition, floor, floor floors, floor floors, partitions and ceilings, wall and floor finishes, joinery, other finishing elements, façades, land use; 2) Small electrical (miscellaneous panel and tables, supply lines, CPV lighting installation, CPV lighting, electrical installation and adjustments, CPV, systèmes, inst.aspen, television, stairwells, post-installation measurements); 3) Small sanitary (hydrofoil, hydrant, hydrant, c.o. and ventilation); 4) Purchase of recuperative beds and hydromassage baths... The investment fits into 8.1.Revitalisation of urban areas of ROP MP implementation of the 9 objective: promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination, priority for investment. 9b: supporting physical, economic and social regeneration of deprived communities in urban and rural areas, specific objective: Improved quality of life for communities living in problem areas. By revitalising the old building, it pursues the following objectives: revitalisation of cities and deprived communities, poverty reduction through social inclusion of people discriminated against. The building will be equipped with new functions mainly in the area of bed and mentally disabled, often also mentally disabled, which will be made available to people with disabilities. (English)
