Przedmiotem wniosku jest projekt pn. Budowa ścieżki rowerowej Zalew – Lipy w Lubawie. Na realizację projektu składają się następujące działania: - Budowa ścieżki rowerowej Zalew-Lipy wraz z obiektami małej architektury i obiektami inżynierskimi, zewnętrzną instalacją elektryczną oświetleniową i jej przyłączem do sieci elektroenergetycznej oraz przyłączem wodociągowym i kanalizacyjnym do sezonowej toalety. - Działania informacyjne dotyczące nowej ścieżki: opracowanie treści informacji na stronę internetową miasta oraz treści tablic informacyjnych i treści zakodowanych kodem QR (bezkosztowe), montaż na początku i końcu ścieżki rowerowej tablic z informacją na temat ścieżki oraz z kodem QR do aplikacji „Mobilny Przewodnik po Lubawie”. - Działania nieinwestycyjne umożliwiające rozwijanie oferty turystycznej W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie ścieżka rowerowa o długości 2 670 m (w tym 310 m ścieżki rowerowej z dopuszczonym ruchem pojazdów i pieszych). Działania planowane w ramach projektu zgodnie z zapisami SZOP służyć mają: utrzymaniu przewagi konkurencyjnej Warmii i Mazur nad innymi regionami w oparciu o zasoby dziedzictwa naturalnego. Realizacja celów bezpośrednich projektu: zwiększenie liczby użytkowników ścieżek rowerowych w Lubawie o 1540 osób; zwiększenie wiedzy turystów i mieszkańców na temat możliwości turystyki rowerowej w Lubawie oraz celu długofalowego: zwiększenie konkurencyjności Lubawy w zakresie długości sieci ścieżek rowerowych, z wykorzystaniem walorów (zasobów) naturalnych oraz zasobów kulturowych miasta, wpłyną bezpośrednio na osiągnięcie celu szczegółowego działania 6.2.3. The subject of the application is a project entitled Construction of the ‘Zales-lime cycle’ cycle path. The project is composed of the following activities: — Construction of a “Zalewo-Lips cycle path” with objects of small architecture and engineering structures, external lighting installation and its connection to the electricity grid and the water supply and sewerage connections to the seasonal toilet. — Information activities on the new path: developing the content of the information on the website of the city and on the content of the dashboards and the content of the coded QR code (without cost), installation at the beginning and end of a cycle path for a cycle guide with information on the path and with the QR code for the ‘Mobile Guide to Ljubljana’. — Non-investment activities enabling the development of the tourism offer. as a result of the project, a cycle path of 2 670 m (including 310 m of cycling path with permitted movement of vehicles and pedestrians) will be created. The actions planned under the project in line with the provisions of the raccoon are designed to: maintain the competitive advantage of Warmia and Mazury region, based on natural heritage resources. Implementation of the direct objectives of the project: to increase the number of users of bicycle paths in Ljubljana by 1540 people; to increase the awareness of tourists and residents about the possibility of cycling in Ljubljana and the long-term objective of: increasing the competitiveness of Lubawa over the length of a network of cycle paths, making use of the city’s natural and cultural assets, will directly influence the achievement of the specific objective of Action 6.2.3.
