Przedmiotem projektu jest adaptacja nieużytkowanych lokali stanowiących własność gminy Ruda Śląska na mieszkania socjalne. Celem projektu jest ograniczenie problemu zagrożenia wykluczeniem społecznym części społeczności lokalnej poprzez umożliwienie zamieszkania w lokalach socjalnych, których standard i wymagania związane z ich utrzymaniem dostosowane są do możliwości tej części społeczności lokalnej zagrożonej wykluczeniem. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie 13 nowych mieszkań socjalnych zlokalizowanych w różnych dzielnicach miasta Ruda Śląska o łącznej powierzchni 633,68 metry kwadratowe. Projekt obejmuje wykonanie niezbędnych robót budowlanych oraz instalacyjnych z dostosowaniem wymagań dla mieszkań socjalnych. Mieszkania zostaną zasiedlone przez osoby spełniające kryteria obowiązujące dla uzyskania lokalu socjalnego, które będą zarazem uczestnikami projektu przeprowadzonego w ramach EFS, którego celem jest pomoc i aktywizacja mieszkańców zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. The project is the adaptation of unused premises owned by the municipality of Ruda Śląska to social housing. The aim of the project is to reduce the risk of exclusion of part of the local community by providing residence in social housing, the standards and maintenance requirements of which are adapted to the capacity of the part of the local population at risk of exclusion. As a result of the project, there will be 13 new social housing units located in various districts of the city of Ruda Śląska, with a total area of 633,68 square metres. The project involves carrying out the necessary construction and installation works and adapting the requirements for social housing. The apartments will be occupied by persons meeting the criteria for obtaining social housing, who will also be participants in a project carried out under the ESF, aimed at helping and activating people at risk of social exclusion.
