W ramach projektu firma wdroży produkcję innowacyjnych procesowo i produktowo (nieznanych i niestosowanych) wysokoelastycznych membran dyspersyjno-emulsyjnych, zróżnicowanych pod względem grubości oraz możliwości stosowania. Membrany charakteryzują się odpornością na niskie i wysokie temperatury (-20 do +60oC), posiadają wskaźnik nawrotu sprężystego na poziomie 30%, wysoki wskaźnik wulkanizacji, są odporne na uszkodzenia mechaniczne oraz są trudnościeralne. Przeznaczone będą dla branży budownictwa drogowego oraz kubaturowego. Innowacja produktowa oraz procesowa została opracowana przez firmę na bazie własnej pracy badawczej. Bezpośrednim wynikiem inwestycji będzie zakup linii technologicznej (zaprojektowanej przez firmę), oprogramowania do zarządzania odpadami, wdrożenie własnych prac B+R, dywersyfikacja działalności, zdobycie nowych rynków zbytu, zwiększenie eksportu, poprawa BHP oraz stworzenie 5 nowych etatów. Inwestycja pozytywnie wpływa na wybrane polityki horyzontalne UE. (Polish)

The project will implement the manufacturing of innovative processes and products (unknown and non-used) high-elastic emulsions, varying in thickness and scope. The membranes are resistant to low and high temperatures (-20 to + 60 °C), having a resilient ratio of 30 %, a high vulcanisation rate, resistant to mechanical damage and are difficult to withstand. It will be used for the road construction sector as well as for the volume of buildings. The product’s product innovation and process have been developed by the company on the basis of its own research work. The direct result of the investment will be the purchase of a technology line (designed by the company), the software for waste management, the implementation of R & D its own work, the diversification of activities, the acquisition of new market outlets, increased exports, improved health and safety at work and the creation of 5 new posts. The investment has a positive impact on selected EU horizontal policies. (English)
