Przedmiotem będzie rozbudowa istniejących systemów informatycznych o nowy system „e-Przychodnia”w wyniku,którego powstanie zintegrowany system informatyczny do obsługi części medycznej klasy HIS i Elektronicznej Dokumentacji Medycznej (EDM) dla poradni POZ i AOS Przychodni BaltiMed w Gdańsku współpracujący z platformą rejestracyjną Ośrodka Promocji Zdrowia w Gdańsku.Wdrożenie systemu informatycznego zapewni komplementarność i integrację danych z platformami informatycznymi real.przez Centrum Systemów Informacyjnych Ochrony Zdrowia–w szczególności P1,P2oraz P4(lub innym systemem centralnym obowiązującym w terminie realizacji projektu),jak i z platformą informatyczną szczebla regionalnego pt.„Pomorskie e-Zdrowie”.Projekt będzie realizowany w formule partnerskiej na podstawie zawartej umowy o partnerstwie z dnia 25.10.2016r.pomiędzy Przychodnią BaltiMed sp z o.o.sp.k a Ośrodkiem Promocji Zdrowia w Gdańsku(jed.organizacyjną Gminy Miasta Gdańsk.Wartość projektu wyniesie 546765,00PLN. It will focus on the development of the existing IT systems for the new “e-Connecting” system, which will result in the development of an integrated IT system for the management of the medical part of the HIS class and of the AOS Przychodni Bertimed Baltimed Health Promotion Centre in Gdańsk, which is working with the registration platform of the Centre for Health Promotion at Gdansk, The implementation of the IT system will ensure the complementarity and integration of data from the Centre for the Protection of Health in Gdansk, in particular P1, P2and P4 (or other central system in place at the time of the project), as well as with the regional IT platform “Pomorze e-Health”. the project will be implemented in a partner formula on the basis of the partnership agreement concluded between the revenue of BaltiMed sp z o.o. and a centre for the promotion of health in Gdańsk. the project amounts to PLN 546765,00.
