Property / summary: The GENERAL objective of the project is to improve the level of knowledge/competence/skills in enterprises in less developed regions that carry out their main or secondary activity in one of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS and in the fields of smart specialisation according to SNCDI or which intend to adapt their main or secondary activity to at least one of these economic sectors or one of the fields of smart specialisation, by running a campaign to raise awareness of employers about the importance and necessity of employee participation in continuing training programmes, by providing vocational training services in the field of digital skills (IT) for 310 employees, as well as by providing training programs for these enterprises. The general objective of the project is the training of 310 employees, consisting of employees with individual employment contract (full-time or part-time) who come from enterprises that carry out their main or secondary activity in one of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the CNS and in the fields of smart specialisation according to SNCDI or from enterprises that intend to adapt their main or secondary activity to at least one of these economic sectors or one of the fields of smart specialisation mentioned above, of which at least 32 fall into the category of older employees (55-64 years) and 125 women, according to the section of the IT-specific conditions of MyMIS and the pre-determined indicator section of the project. The project will support a minimum of 32 SMEs out of which 5 SMEs supported for the introduction of work-based learning programmes, in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to CNS/SNCDI smart specialisation areas. Each person in the target group is programmed to obtain an NCA formal qualification certification (level 2-4 qualification courses), a non-formal NCA certification (assessment of skills acquired on other paths than formal ones), as well as other specific IT accreditations (ECDL), as follows: • 150 level 2 learners • 100 level 3 learners • 60 level 4 learners • 32 competent specialist assessment • 310 ECDL COMPLET students — outsourced service • 156 AVANSAT ECDL learners — outsourced service • 32 trainees — specialist training — outsourced service. The partnership aims in the project an integrated approach, which is based on the following complementary components: information and training. O projeto apoiará um mínimo de 32 PME, das quais 5 apoiaram a introdução de programas de aprendizagem em contexto laboral, a fim de adaptar a atividade à dinâmica dos setores económicos com potencial concorrencial identificados de acordo com as áreas de especialização inteligente CNS/SNCDI. Cada pessoa do grupo-alvo está programada para obter uma certificação de qualificação formal da ANC (cursos de nível 2-4), uma certificação não formal da ANC (avaliação das competências adquiridas noutros percursos que não os formais), bem como outras acreditações informáticas específicas (ECDL), como se segue: • 150 alunos de nível 2 • 100 alunos de nível 3 • 60 alunos de nível 4 • 32 avaliação especializada competente • 310 estudantes ECDL COMPLET — serviço terceirizado • 156 alunos avansat ECDL — serviço externalizado • 32 estagiários — formação especializada — serviço externalizado. A parceria visa no projeto uma abordagem integrada, que se baseia nas seguintes componentes complementares: informação e formação.     OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului il reprezinta imbunatatirea nivelului de cunostinte / competente / aptitudini in cadrul intreprinderilor din regiunile mai putin dezvoltate care-si desfasoara activitatea principala sau secundara intr-unul din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI sau care intentioneaza sa-si adapteze activitatea principala sau secundara la cel putin unul dintre aceste sectoare economice sau unul dintre domeniile de specializare inteligenta, prin derularea unei campanii de constientizare a angajatorilor cu privire la importanta si necesitatea participarii angajatilor la programe de formare continua, prin furnizarea de servicii de formare profesionala in domeniul competentelor digitale (IT) pentru 310 angajati, precum si prin acordarea de sprijin acestor intreprinderi pentru elaborarea si introducerea unor programe de invatare la locul de munca. Prin obiectivul general al proiectului se urmareste formarea a 310 angajati, formati din angajati cu contract individual de munca (cu norma intreaga sau cu timp partial) ce provin din intreprinderi care-si desfasoara activitatea principala sau secundara intr-unul din sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI sau din intreprinderi care intentioneaza sa-si adapteze activitatea principala sau secundara la cel putin unul dintre aceste sectoare economice sau unul dintre domeniile de specializare inteligenta mentionate anterior, din care minim 32 se incadreaza in categoria angajatilor varstnici (55-64 de ani) si 125 femei, conform sectiunii grup tinta din ghidul conditii specifice si sectiunii indicatori prestabiliti de realizare din sistemul informatic MySMIS2014. Prin proiect se vor sprijini un minim de 32 de IMM-uri din care 5 IMM-uri sprijinite pentru introducerea de programe de invatare la locul de munca, in vederea adaptarii activitatii la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC/domeniilor de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Fiecare persoana din grupul tinta este programata de a obtine o certificare ANC de calificare formala (cursurile de calificare nivel 2-4), o certificare ANC non-formala (evaluarea competentelor dobandite pe alte cai decat cele formale), precum si alte acreditari specifice in domeniul IT (ECDL), astfel: • 150 cursanti nivel 2 • 100 cursanti nivel 3 • 60 cursanti nivel 4 • 32 cursanti – evaluare competente specialisti • 310 cursanti ECDL COMPLET – serviciu externalizat • 156 cursanti ECDL AVANSAT – serviciu externalizat • 32 cursanti – formare specialisti – serviciu externalizat. Parteneriatul vizeaza in proiect o abordare integrata, care se bazeaza pe urmatoarele componente complementare: informare si formare.     Projekti GENERAL eesmärk on parandada teadmiste/pädevuste/oskuste taset vähem arenenud piirkondade ettevõtetes, mis tegelevad oma põhi- või kõrvaltegevusega ühes CNSi kohaselt kindlaks määratud konkurentsipotentsiaaliga majandussektoritest ja aruka spetsialiseerumise valdkondadest vastavalt SNCDIle või kes kavatsevad kohandada oma põhitegevust või kõrvaltegevust vähemalt ühe sellise majandussektori või ühe aruka spetsialiseerumise valdkonnaga, korraldades kampaania, et suurendada tööandjate teadlikkust töötajate osalemise tähtsusest ja vajalikkusest täiendkoolitusprogrammides, pakkudes 310 töötajale kutseõpet digitaaloskuste valdkonnas (IT) ning pakkudes neile ettevõtetele koolitusprogramme. Projekti üldeesmärk on koolitada 310 töötajat, kes koosnevad individuaalse töölepinguga (täistööaja või osalise tööajaga) töötajatest, kes on pärit ettevõtetest, kes tegelevad oma põhitegevus- või kõrvaltegevusega ühes riikliku keskharidussüsteemi kohaselt määratletud konkurentsipotentsiaaliga majandussektoritest ja aruka spetsialiseerumise valdkondadest vastavalt SNCDI-le, või ettevõtetest, kes kavatsevad kohandada oma põhitegevust või kõrvaltegevust vähemalt ühe eespool nimetatud majandussektoriga või ühe eespool nimetatud aruka spetsialiseerumise valdkonnaga, millest vähemalt 32 kuuluvad vanemate töötajate kategooriasse (55–64 aastat) ja 125 naist vastavalt myMISe IT-spetsiifilistele tingimustele ja projekti eelnevalt kindlaksmääratud näitajate osale. Projektiga toetatakse vähemalt 32 VKEd, kellest 5 VKEd toetasid tööpõhise õppe programmide kasutuselevõttu, et kohandada tegevust konkurentsipotentsiaaliga majandussektorite dünaamikaga, mis on kindlaks määratud CNS/SNCDI aruka spetsialiseerumise valdkondades. Iga sihtrühma kuuluv isik on programmeeritud saama riikliku pädeva asutuse kvalifikatsioonitunnistust (2.–4. tase kvalifikatsioonikursused), mitteformaalset riikliku pädeva asutuse sertifikaati (muudel kui ametlikel teedel omandatud oskuste hindamine) ja muid spetsiifilisi IT-akrediteeringuid (ECDL) järgmiselt: • 150 2. taseme õppijat • 100 3. taseme õppijat • 60 4. taseme õppijat • 32 pädevat spetsialisti hindamist • 310 ECDL COMPLET-i üliõpilast – allhanketeenus • 156 AVANSAT ECDL õppijat – allhanke korras teenus • 32 praktikanti – erikoolitus ja allhanketeenus.     Cílem projektu je zlepšit úroveň znalostí/kompetence/dovedností v podnicích v méně rozvinutých regionech, které vykonávají svou hlavní nebo sekundární činnost v jednom z hospodářských odvětví s konkurenčním potenciálem určeným podle CNS a v oblastech inteligentní specializace podle SNCDI nebo které mají v úmyslu přizpůsobit svou hlavní nebo sekundární činnost alespoň jednomu z těchto hospodářských odvětví nebo jedné z oblastí inteligentní specializace, a to vedením kampaně na zvyšování povědomí zaměstnavatelů o významu a nezbytnosti účasti zaměstnanců v programech dalšího vzdělávání, poskytováním služeb odborného vzdělávání v oblasti digitálních dovedností (IT) pro 310 zaměstnanců, jakož i poskytováním vzdělávacích programů pro tyto podniky. Obecným cílem projektu je odborná příprava 310 zaměstnanců, sestávajících ze zaměstnanců s individuální pracovní smlouvou (na plný nebo částečný úvazek), kteří pocházejí z podniků, které vykonávají svou hlavní nebo vedlejší činnost v jednom z hospodářských odvětví s konkurenčním potenciálem určeným podle CNS a v oblasti inteligentní specializace podle SNCDI, nebo z podniků, které mají v úmyslu přizpůsobit svou hlavní nebo vedlejší činnost alespoň jednomu z těchto hospodářských odvětví nebo jedné z výše uvedených oblastí inteligentní specializace, z nichž nejméně 32 spadá do kategorie starších zaměstnanců (55–64 let) a 125 žen podle části specifických podmínek IT v rámci myMIS a předem stanoveného ukazatele projektu. Projekt podpoří minimálně 32 malých a středních podniků, z nichž 5 malých a středních podniků podpořilo zavedení vzdělávacích programů založených na práci, aby se tato činnost přizpůsobila dynamice hospodářských odvětví s konkurenčním potenciálem určeným podle oblastí inteligentní specializace CNS/SNCDI. Každá osoba v cílové skupině je naprogramována tak, aby získala osvědčení o formální kvalifikaci NCA (úroveň 2–4 kvalifikační kurzy), neformální certifikaci NCA (posouzení dovedností získaných na jiných než formálních cestách), jakož i další specifické akreditace IT (ECDL): • 150 studentů úrovně 2 • 100 studentů úrovně 3 • 60 studentů úrovně 4 • 32 kompetentních odborných hodnocení • 310 studentů ECDL COMPLET – outsourcingová služba • 156 AVANSAT ECDL studující – outsourcovaná služba • 32 stážistů – specializované školení – outsourcingová služba.     L'obiettivo generale del progetto è quello di migliorare il livello di conoscenza/competenza/competenza nelle imprese delle regioni meno sviluppate che svolgono la loro attività principale o secondaria in uno dei settori economici con potenziale competitivo individuato in base al sistema CNS e nei settori di specializzazione intelligente secondo SNCDI o che intendono adattare la loro attività principale o secondaria ad almeno uno di questi settori economici o uno dei settori della specializzazione intelligente, conducendo una campagna per sensibilizzare i datori di lavoro sull'importanza e la necessità della partecipazione dei lavoratori ai programmi di formazione continua, fornendo servizi di formazione professionale nel campo delle competenze digitali per 310 dipendenti, nonché fornendo programmi di formazione per queste imprese. L'obiettivo generale del progetto è la formazione di 310 dipendenti, costituiti da dipendenti con contratto di lavoro individuale (a tempo pieno o part-time) che provengono da imprese che svolgono la loro attività principale o secondaria in uno dei settori economici con potenziale competitivo individuato in base al CNS e nei settori di specializzazione intelligente secondo SNCDI o da imprese che intendono adattare la loro attività principale o secondaria ad almeno uno di questi settori economici o a uno dei settori di specializzazione intelligente sopra menzionati, di cui almeno 32 rientrano nella categoria dei lavoratori anziani (55-64 anni) e 125 donne, secondo la sezione delle condizioni specifiche informatiche di myMIS e la sezione dell'indicatore predeterminato del progetto. Il progetto sosterrà un minimo di 32 PMI, di cui 5 sostenute per l'introduzione di programmi di apprendimento basato sul lavoro, al fine di adeguare l'attività alle dinamiche dei settori economici con potenziale competitivo individuato secondo le aree di specializzazione intelligente CNS/SNCDI. Projekta vispārīgais mērķis ir 310 darbinieku apmācība, ko veido darbinieki ar individuālu darba līgumu (pilna vai nepilna darba laika), kuri nāk no uzņēmumiem, kuri veic savu galveno vai sekundāro darbību vienā no ekonomikas nozarēm ar konkurences potenciālu, kas noteikts saskaņā ar CNS, un pārdomātas specializācijas jomās saskaņā ar SNCDI, vai no uzņēmumiem, kas plāno pielāgot savu galveno vai sekundāro darbību vismaz vienai no šīm ekonomikas nozarēm vai vienai no iepriekš minētajām pārdomātas specializācijas jomām, no kurām vismaz 32 ietilpst gados vecāku darbinieku kategorijā (55–64 gadi) un 125 sievietes saskaņā ar myMIS IT specifisko nosacījumu sadaļu un projekta iepriekš noteikto rādītāju sadaļu. Projekts atbalstīs vismaz 32 MVU, no kuriem 5 MVU atbalstīja mācīšanās darbavietā programmu ieviešanu, lai pielāgotu darbību to ekonomikas nozaru dinamikai, kurām ir konkurētspējas potenciāls, kas noteikts saskaņā ar CNS/SNCDI viedās specializācijas jomām. Katra persona mērķgrupā tiek ieprogrammēta, lai iegūtu NCA oficiālo kvalifikācijas sertifikātu (2.-4. līmeņa kvalifikācijas kursi), neformālu VKI sertifikāciju (to prasmju novērtēšanu, kas iegūtas citos veidos, nevis formālos), kā arī citas specifiskas IT akreditācijas (ECDL): • 150 2. līmeņa izglītojamie • 100 3. līmeņa izglītojamie • 60 4. līmeņa izglītojamie • 32 kompetenta speciālista vērtējums • 310 ECDL COMPLET studenti — ārpakalpojums • 156 AVANSAT ECDL izglītojamie — ārpakalpojums • 32 apmācāmie — speciālistu apmācība — ārpakalpojums.     El objetivo general del proyecto es mejorar el nivel de conocimiento/competencia/habilidades en las empresas de regiones menos desarrolladas que realizan su actividad principal o secundaria en uno de los sectores económicos con potencial competitivo identificados según CNS y en los campos de especialización inteligente según SNCDI o que tienen la intención de adaptar su actividad principal o secundaria a al menos uno de estos sectores económicos o uno de los campos de especialización inteligente, mediante la realización de una campaña de sensibilización de los empleadores sobre la importancia y necesidad de la participación de los trabajadores en programas de formación continua, proporcionando servicios de formación profesional en el ámbito de las competencias digitales (TI) para 310 empleados, así como proporcionando programas de formación para estas empresas. El objetivo general del proyecto es la formación de 310 empleados, formados por trabajadores con contrato de trabajo individual (a tiempo completo o a tiempo parcial) que provienen de empresas que desarrollan su actividad principal o secundaria en uno de los sectores económicos con potencial competitivo identificados según el SNC y en los ámbitos de especialización inteligente según SNCDI o de empresas que tienen la intención de adaptar su actividad principal o secundaria a al menos uno de estos sectores económicos o uno de los campos de especialización inteligente mencionados anteriormente, de los cuales al menos 32 entran en la categoría de empleados mayores (55-64 años) y 125 mujeres, según el apartado de las condiciones específicas de TI de myMIS y el indicador predeterminado del proyecto. El proyecto apoyará a un mínimo de 32 pymes de las cuales 5 apoyaron la introducción de programas de aprendizaje basado en el trabajo, con el fin de adaptar la actividad a la dinámica de los sectores económicos con potencial competitivo identificados de acuerdo con las áreas de especialización inteligente CNS/SNCDI.     A projekt általános célkitűzése a tudás/kompetencia/készségek szintjének javítása a kevésbé fejlett régiókban működő azon vállalkozásokban, amelyek fő vagy másodlagos tevékenységüket a központi idegrendszer szerint meghatározott versenyképességi potenciállal rendelkező gazdasági ágazatok egyikében és az SNCDI szerinti intelligens szakosodás területén végzik, vagy amelyek fő vagy másodlagos tevékenységüket e gazdasági ágazatok legalább egyikéhez vagy az intelligens szakosodás egyikéhez kívánják igazítani, kampányt indítva a munkáltatók folyamatos képzési programokban való részvételének fontosságáról és szükségességéről, valamint szakképzési szolgáltatásokat nyújtva 310 alkalmazott számára a digitális készségek (IT) területén. A projekt általános célja 310 munkavállaló képzése, akik egyéni (teljes munkaidős vagy részmunkaidős) munkaszerződéssel rendelkező munkavállalókból állnak, akik olyan vállalkozásoktól származnak, amelyek fő vagy másodlagos tevékenységüket a központi idegrendszer szerint meghatározott versenypotenciálú gazdasági ágazatok egyikében, az SNCDI szerint az intelligens szakosodás területén, vagy olyan vállalkozásoknál végzik, amelyek fő vagy másodlagos tevékenységüket e gazdasági ágazatok legalább egyikéhez vagy a fent említett intelligens szakosodási területek egyikéhez kívánják igazítani, amelyek közül legalább 32 az idősebb munkavállalók (55–64 év) kategóriájába tartozik, és 125 nő, a myMIS IT-specifikus feltételeinek szakasza és a projekt előre meghatározott mutató szakasza szerint.     Das GENERAL-Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, das Niveau der Kenntnisse/Kompetenz/Fähigkeiten in Unternehmen in weniger entwickelten Regionen zu verbessern, die ihre Haupt- oder Nebentätigkeit in einem der Wirtschaftszweige mit Wettbewerbspotenzial gemäß CNS und in den Bereichen der intelligenten Spezialisierung gemäß SNCDI ausüben oder die beabsichtigen, ihre Haupt- oder Nebentätigkeit an mindestens einem dieser Wirtschaftszweige oder in einem der Bereiche der intelligenten Spezialisierung anzupassen, indem sie eine Kampagne durchführen, um die Arbeitgeber für die Bedeutung und Notwendigkeit der Teilnahme der Arbeitnehmer an Weiterbildungsprogrammen zu sensibilisieren, indem sie Berufsausbildungen im Bereich der digitalen Kompetenzen (IT) für 310 Mitarbeiter anbietet. Das allgemeine Ziel des Projekts ist die Ausbildung von 310 Beschäftigten, bestehend aus Arbeitnehmern mit Einzelarbeitsvertrag (Vollzeit oder Teilzeit), die aus Unternehmen kommen, die ihre Haupt- oder Nebentätigkeit in einem der Wirtschaftszweige mit Wettbewerbspotenzial gemäß dem CNS und in den Bereichen der intelligenten Spezialisierung nach SNCDI ausüben, oder von Unternehmen, die beabsichtigen, ihre Haupt- oder Nebentätigkeit an mindestens einen dieser Wirtschaftszweige oder einen der oben genannten Bereiche der intelligenten Spezialisierung anzupassen, von denen mindestens 32 in die Kategorie älterer Arbeitnehmer (55-64 Jahre) und 125 Frauen gemäß dem Abschnitt IT-spezifische Bedingungen von myMIS und dem vorher festgelegten Indikator des Projekts fallen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden mindestens 32 KMU unterstützt, von denen 5 KMU für die Einführung arbeitsbasierter Lernprogramme unterstützt wurden, um die Tätigkeit an die Dynamik von Wirtschaftszweigen mit Wettbewerbspotenzial anzupassen, die gemäß den CNS/SNCDI-Bereichen für intelligente Spezialisierung ermittelt wurden.     O objetivo geral do projeto é melhorar o nível de conhecimentos/competências/competências em empresas de regiões menos desenvolvidas que exerçam a sua atividade principal ou secundária num dos setores económicos com potencial competitivo identificados de acordo com a CNS e nos domínios da especialização inteligente de acordo com a SNCDI ou que pretendam adaptar a sua atividade principal ou secundária a, pelo menos, um destes setores económicos ou a um dos domínios da especialização inteligente, através da realização de uma campanha de sensibilização dos empregadores para a importância e a necessidade da participação dos trabalhadores em programas de formação contínua, da prestação de serviços de formação profissional no domínio das competências digitais (TI) para 310 trabalhadores, bem como da oferta de programas de formação para estas empresas. O objetivo geral do projeto é a formação de 310 trabalhadores, constituídos por trabalhadores com contrato individual de trabalho (a tempo inteiro ou parcial) provenientes de empresas que exercem a sua atividade principal ou secundária num dos setores económicos com potencial concorrencial identificados de acordo com a CNS e nos domínios da especialização inteligente de acordo com a SNCDI ou de empresas que pretendem adaptar a sua atividade principal ou secundária a, pelo menos, um desses setores económicos ou a um dos domínios de especialização inteligente acima mencionados, dos quais, pelo menos, 32 se inserem na categoria dos trabalhadores mais velhos (55-64 anos) e 125 mulheres, de acordo com a secção das condições específicas de TI do MyMIS e a secção do indicador predeterminado do projeto. O projeto apoiará um mínimo de 32 PME, das quais 5 PME apoiaram a introdução de programas de aprendizagem em contexto laboral, a fim de adaptar a atividade à dinâmica dos setores económicos com potencial competitivo identificados de acordo com as áreas de especialização inteligente CNS/SNCDI. Cada pessoa do grupo-alvo está programada para obter uma certificação de qualificação formal das ANC (cursos de qualificação de nível 2-4), uma certificação não formal das ANC (avaliação das competências adquiridas noutros percursos que não os formais), bem como outras acreditações informáticas específicas (ECDL), do seguinte modo: • 150 alunos de nível 2 • 100 alunos de nível 3 • 60 alunos de nível 4 • 32 avaliação especializada competente • 310 alunos ECDL COMPLET — serviço externalizado • 156 alunos AVANSAT ECDL — serviço externalizado • 32 estagiários — formação especializada — serviço externalizado.     Opći cilj projekta je poboljšati razinu znanja/kompetencija/vještina u poduzećima u slabije razvijenim regijama koja obavljaju svoju glavnu ili sekundarnu djelatnost u jednom od gospodarskih sektora s konkurentnim potencijalom utvrđenim prema CNS-u i u područjima pametne specijalizacije prema SNCDI-ju ili koja svoju glavnu ili sekundarnu djelatnost namjeravaju prilagoditi barem jednom od tih gospodarskih sektora ili jednom od područja pametne specijalizacije, provođenjem kampanje za podizanje svijesti poslodavaca o važnosti i nužnosti sudjelovanja zaposlenika u programima kontinuiranog osposobljavanja, pružanjem usluga strukovnog osposobljavanja u području digitalnih vještina (IT) za 310 zaposlenika, kao i pružanjem programa osposobljavanja za ta poduzeća. Opći cilj projekta je osposobljavanje 310 zaposlenika, koji se sastoje od zaposlenika s individualnim ugovorom o radu (puno radno vrijeme ili nepuno radno vrijeme) koji dolaze iz poduzeća koja obavljaju svoju glavnu ili sekundarnu djelatnost u jednom od gospodarskih sektora s konkurentnim potencijalom utvrđenim prema CNS-u i u područjima pametne specijalizacije prema SNCDI-ju ili iz poduzeća koja svoju glavnu ili sekundarnu djelatnost namjeravaju prilagoditi barem jednom od tih gospodarskih sektora ili jednom od prethodno navedenih područja pametne specijalizacije, od kojih najmanje 32 pripadaju kategoriji starijih zaposlenika (55 – 64 godine) i 125 žena, u skladu s odjeljkom posebnih uvjeta myMIS-a za IT i unaprijed određenim pokazateljem odjeljka projekta. Projektom će se poduprijeti najmanje 32 mala i srednja poduzeća od kojih je 5 MSP-ova podržano za uvođenje programa učenja kroz rad kako bi se aktivnost prilagodila dinamici gospodarskih sektora s konkurentnim potencijalom utvrđenim u područjima pametne specijalizacije CNS/SNCDI-ja. Svaka osoba u ciljnoj skupini programirana je za dobivanje formalnog certifikata o kvalifikacijama NCA-a (razina 2 – 4 kvalifikacijski tečajevi), neformalnog NCA certifikata (procjena vještina stečenih na drugim putovima osim formalnih), kao i drugih posebnih IT akreditacija (ECDL), kako slijedi: • 150 učenika razine 2 • 100 učenika razine 3 • 60 učenika razine 4 • 32 kompetentna specijalistička ocjenjivanja • 310 ECDL COMPLET studenata – eksternalizirana usluga • 156 polaznika AVANSAT ECDL-a – eksternalizirana usluga • 32 pripravnika – specijalističko osposobljavanje – eksternalizirana usluga.     Všeobecným cieľom projektu je zlepšiť úroveň znalostí/kompetencií/zručností v podnikoch v menej rozvinutých regiónoch, ktoré vykonávajú svoju hlavnú alebo sekundárnu činnosť v jednom z hospodárskych odvetví s konkurenčným potenciálom určeným podľa CNS a v oblastiach inteligentnej špecializácie podľa SNCDI alebo ktoré majú v úmysle prispôsobiť svoju hlavnú alebo sekundárnu činnosť aspoň jednému z týchto hospodárskych odvetví alebo jednej z oblastí inteligentnej špecializácie, a to organizovaním kampane na zvýšenie informovanosti zamestnávateľov o význame a potrebe účasti zamestnancov na programoch ďalšieho vzdelávania, poskytovaním služieb odborného vzdelávania v oblasti digitálnych zručností (IT) pre 310 zamestnancov, ako aj poskytovaním programov odbornej prípravy pre tieto podniky. Všeobecným cieľom projektu je vzdelávanie 310 zamestnancov, pozostávajúcich zo zamestnancov s individuálnou pracovnou zmluvou (na plný alebo čiastočný úväzok), ktorí pochádzajú z podnikov, ktoré vykonávajú svoju hlavnú alebo vedľajšiu činnosť v jednom z hospodárskych odvetví s konkurenčným potenciálom určeným podľa CNS a v oblastiach inteligentnej špecializácie podľa SNCDI alebo z podnikov, ktoré majú v úmysle prispôsobiť svoju hlavnú alebo sekundárnu činnosť aspoň jednému z týchto hospodárskych odvetví alebo jednej z uvedených oblastí inteligentnej špecializácie, z ktorých aspoň 32 patrí do kategórie starších zamestnancov (55 – 64 rokov) a 125 žien podľa oddielu špecifických podmienok v oblasti informačných technológií myMIS a vopred určenej časti ukazovateľa projektu. L’objectif général du projet est la formation de 310 salariés, constitués d’employés ayant un contrat de travail individuel (à temps plein ou à temps partiel) issus d’entreprises qui exercent leur activité principale ou secondaire dans l’un des secteurs économiques à potentiel concurrentiel identifiés selon la CNS et dans les domaines de spécialisation intelligente selon la SNCDI ou d’entreprises qui ont l’intention d’adapter leur activité principale ou secondaire à au moins un de ces secteurs économiques ou l’un des domaines de spécialisation intelligente mentionnés ci-dessus, dont au moins 32 relèvent de la catégorie des travailleurs âgés (55-64 ans) et 125 femmes, selon la section de l’informatique spécifique de myMIS et la section de l’indicateur prédéterminé du projet. Le projet soutiendra un minimum de 32 PME, dont 5 PME soutenues pour l’introduction de programmes d’apprentissage par le travail, afin d’adapter l’activité à la dynamique des secteurs économiques à potentiel concurrentiel identifiés selon les domaines de spécialisation intelligente CNS/SNCDI.     Ο γενικός στόχος του έργου είναι η βελτίωση του επιπέδου γνώσεων/ικανοτήτων/δεξιοτήτων σε επιχειρήσεις των λιγότερο αναπτυγμένων περιφερειών που ασκούν την κύρια ή δευτερεύουσα δραστηριότητά τους σε έναν από τους οικονομικούς τομείς με ανταγωνιστικό δυναμικό που προσδιορίζεται σύμφωνα με το CNS και στους τομείς της έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης σύμφωνα με την SNCDI ή που σκοπεύουν να προσαρμόσουν την κύρια ή δευτερεύουσα δραστηριότητά τους σε τουλάχιστον έναν από αυτούς τους οικονομικούς τομείς ή σε έναν από τους τομείς της έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης, με τη διεξαγωγή εκστρατείας ευαισθητοποίησης των εργοδοτών σχετικά με τη σημασία και την αναγκαιότητα της συμμετοχής των εργαζομένων σε προγράμματα συνεχούς κατάρτισης, με την παροχή υπηρεσιών επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης στον τομέα των ψηφιακών δεξιοτήτων (ΙΤ) για 310 εργαζομένους, καθώς και με την παροχή προγραμμάτων κατάρτισης για τις επιχειρήσεις αυτές. Γενικός στόχος του έργου είναι η κατάρτιση 310 εργαζομένων, αποτελούμενων από εργαζομένους με ατομική σύμβαση εργασίας (πλήρους ή μερικής απασχόλησης) οι οποίοι προέρχονται από επιχειρήσεις που ασκούν την κύρια ή δευτερεύουσα δραστηριότητά τους σε έναν από τους οικονομικούς τομείς με ανταγωνιστικό δυναμικό που προσδιορίζεται σύμφωνα με το CNS και στους τομείς της έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης σύμφωνα με την SNCDI ή από επιχειρήσεις που σκοπεύουν να προσαρμόσουν την κύρια ή δευτερεύουσα δραστηριότητά τους σε τουλάχιστον έναν από αυτούς τους οικονομικούς τομείς ή σε έναν από τους τομείς της έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης που αναφέρονται ανωτέρω, εκ των οποίων τουλάχιστον 32 εμπίπτουν στην κατηγορία των εργαζομένων μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας (55-64 ετών) και 125 γυναικών, σύμφωνα με το τμήμα των ειδικών όρων πληροφορικής του myMIS και τον προκαθορισμένο δείκτη του έργου. Το σχέδιο θα στηρίξει τουλάχιστον 32 ΜΜΕ, εκ των οποίων 5 ΜΜΕ υποστήριξαν την εισαγωγή προγραμμάτων μάθησης με βάση την εργασία, με σκοπό την προσαρμογή της δραστηριότητας στη δυναμική των οικονομικών τομέων με ανταγωνιστικό δυναμικό που προσδιορίζεται σύμφωνα με τους τομείς έξυπνης εξειδίκευσης CNS/SNCDI. Κάθε άτομο της ομάδας-στόχου είναι προγραμματισμένο να αποκτήσει πιστοποίηση τυπικών προσόντων ΕΑΑ (μαθήματα προσόντων επιπέδου 2-4), μη τυπική πιστοποίηση ΕΑΑ (αξιολόγηση των δεξιοτήτων που αποκτήθηκαν σε άλλες διαδρομές εκτός των τυπικών), καθώς και άλλες ειδικές πιστοποιήσεις ΤΠ (ECDL), ως εξής: • 150 εκπαιδευόμενοι επιπέδου 2 • 100 εκπαιδευόμενοι επιπέδου 3 • 60 εκπαιδευόμενοι επιπέδου 4 • 32 αρμόδια ειδική αξιολόγηση • 310 μαθητές ECDL COMPLET — εξωτερική υπηρεσία • 156 εκπαιδευόμενοι AVANSAT ECDL — εξωτερική υπηρεσία • 32 ασκούμενοι — εξειδικευμένη κατάρτιση — εξωτερική ανάθεση υπηρεσιών. Η εταιρική σχέση έχει ως στόχο στο έργο μια ολοκληρωμένη προσέγγιση, η οποία βασίζεται στις ακόλουθες συμπληρωματικές συνιστώσες: ενημέρωση και εκπαίδευση.     De ALGEMENE doelstelling van het project is het verbeteren van het niveau van kennis/competentie/vaardigheden in ondernemingen in minder ontwikkelde regio’s die hun hoofd- of secundaire activiteit uitoefenen in een van de economische sectoren met een concurrentiepotentieel die zijn vastgesteld volgens het CNS en op het gebied van slimme specialisatie volgens SNCDI of die voornemens zijn hun hoofd- of secundaire activiteit aan te passen aan ten minste één van deze economische sectoren of een van de gebieden van slimme specialisatie, door een campagne te voeren om werkgevers bewust te maken van het belang en de noodzaak van deelname van werknemers aan bijscholingsprogramma’s, door het aanbieden van beroepsopleidingsdiensten op het gebied van digitale vaardigheden (IT) voor 310 werknemers, en door het verstrekken van opleidingsprogramma’s voor deze ondernemingen. De algemene doelstelling van het project is de opleiding van 310 werknemers, bestaande uit werknemers met een individuele arbeidsovereenkomst (voltijds of deeltijds) die afkomstig zijn van ondernemingen die hun hoofd- of nevenactiviteit uitoefenen in een van de economische sectoren met een concurrentiepotentieel die zijn geïdentificeerd volgens het CNS en op het gebied van slimme specialisatie volgens SNCDI of van ondernemingen die voornemens zijn hun hoofd- of nevenactiviteit aan te passen aan ten minste één van deze economische sectoren of een van de bovengenoemde gebieden van slimme specialisatie, waarvan ten minste 32 in de categorie oudere werknemers (55-64 jaar) en 125 vrouwen vallen, overeenkomstig het onderdeel van de IT-specifieke voorwaarden van myMIS en de vooraf bepaalde indicator van het project. Het project zal ten minste 32 kmo’s ondersteunen, waarvan 5 kmo’s steunden voor de invoering van op werk gebaseerde leerprogramma’s, teneinde de activiteit aan te passen aan de dynamiek van economische sectoren met een concurrentiepotentieel die zijn vastgesteld volgens CNS/SNCDI-gebieden voor slimme specialisatie. Elke persoon in de doelgroep is geprogrammeerd om een NMA formele kwalificatiecertificering te behalen (niveau 2-4 kwalificatiecursussen), een niet-formele NMA-certificering (beoordeling van vaardigheden die zijn verworven op andere wegen dan formele) en andere specifieke IT-accreditaties (ECDL), als volgt: • 150 leerlingen van niveau 2 • 100 leerlingen van niveau 3 • 60 leerlingen van niveau 4 • 32 deskundige beoordeling • 310 ECDL COMPLET-studenten — uitbestede dienst • 156 AVANSAT ECDL-leerlingen — uitbestede dienst • 32 stagiairs — gespecialiseerde opleiding — uitbestede dienst. Het partnerschap streeft in het project naar een geïntegreerde aanpak, die is gebaseerd op de volgende complementaire componenten: voorlichting en opleiding.
