Projekt pn. "Termomodernizacja budynku szkolnego przy ulicy Nowej 3 w Zdzieszowicach (OŚiGW) - segment G" polega na termomodernizacji jednego z segmentów budynku szkolnego (G – basen z zapleczem) z częściową przebudową związaną z pracami termomodernizacyjnymi. Budynek szkolny przy ulicy Nowej 3 w Zdzieszowicach (OŚiGW) - segment G, (działka nr 411/13 z k.m. 2, jedn. ewid. 160505_4.0007.AR_2.411/13 Zdzieszowice-Miasto) należy do kompleksu połączonych ze sobą budynków/segmentów Publicznego Gimnazjum im. Kard. S. Wyszyńskiego w Zdzieszowicach. Analizowany segment G stanowi funkcję sportową, krytego basenu z zapleczem szatniowo-sanitarnym; zlokalizowany w III strefie klimatycznej, stacja meteorologiczna: Opole. Obecnie kompleksie szkolnym funkcjonują 2 jednostki organizacyjne Gminy Zdzieszowice: Publiczna Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3 oraz Publiczne Gimnazjum. W chwili gdy gimnazjum zostanie "wygaszone" całością kompleksu będzie administrować PSP 3. W ramach termomodernizacji budynku przewiduje się: - ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, ścian w gruncie, ścian wewnętrznych pomiędzy pomieszczeniami a przestrzenią wentylacyjną stropodachów, stropodachów i dachów, stropów nad przejazdem, - wymiana pokrycia dachu budynku wraz z obróbkami - przemurowanie kominów - przemurowanie ścian szczytowych oraz attyk - wymiana rynien i rur spustowych oraz wpustów kanalizacji deszczowej - izolację pionową ścian fundamentowych - wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej wraz z instalacją nawiewników - modernizacja instalacji c.o. - wymiana instalacji odgromowej Z uwagi na przewidziane prace obejmujące termomodernizację budynku, technologię wykonania oraz użyte materiały, projekt będzie wykazywać pozytywny wpływ na środowisko w kontekście zmian klimatu spowodowanych emisją gazów cieplarnianych. The project entitled: The ‘Thermal upgrade of the school building at the New 3 street in Zzeshowice (OSpurach) — segment G’ consists of the thermal modernisation of one of the segments of the school building (G — swimming pool) with a partial refurbishment related to thermal modernisation works. The school building at the Nowa 3 street in Zzeshowice (OSpurach) — segment G, (parcel No 411/13 from the CCP 2, one rd. 160505_4.0007.AR_2.411/13 Zzieszowice — Miasto) is part of the complex of the buildings/public segments of the Gimnazjum Kard. P. Wyzyński in Zdzieszowice. The G segment analysed is a sporting, covered basin with cloakand sanitary facilities; located in climate zone III, weather station: Opole Region. The school complex currently operates 2 organisational units of the municipality of Zdzieszowice: General School of Primary School No 3 and the Public School of Primary School. The PSP 3 will be administered at a lower secondary school. The thermo-modernisation of the building provides for: — the insulation of external walls, walls in the land, internal walls between the rooms and the ventilation space, the costlier and the roof of the building, the ceilings on the crossing of the building, — the replacement of the roof covering along with the treatment — the conversion of walls and doors to the walls — replacement of windows and doors together with the piping systems — modernisation of the walls and doors — modernisation of the heating system. — replacement of a lightning gas system. the project will have a positive impact on the environment in the context of climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions.
