Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności gospodarczej Chełma i subregionu. Cel ten będzie możliwy do osiągnięcia poprzez osiągnięcie celów szczegółowych: 1.Kompleksowe uzbrojenie terenów inwestycyjnych 2.Utworzenie Chełmskiego Centrum Aktywności Gospodarczej 3.Zwiększenie dostępności komunikacyjnej terenów inwestycyjnych 4.Doskonalenie form wsparcia i obsługi inwestorów 5.Zapewnienie warunków do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wzmocnienie potencjału oraz atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej i gospodarczej Chełma i subregionu, zostaną stworzone warunki do napływu nowoczesnych technologii, współpracy kooperacyjnej firm z firmami spoza strefy, zwiększenia konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw działających na rynku lokalnym, powstania nowych miejsc pracy, wzrostu standardu życia mieszkańców i ograniczenie bezrobocia. Rezultaty projektu: Liczba inwestycji zlokalizowanych na przygotowanych terenach inwestycyjnych - 2szt. Poziom wykorzystania wspartych terenów inwestycyjnych - 100 % Powierzchnia przygotowanych terenów inwestycyjnych udostępnionych inwestorom - 4,28 ha Zakres rzeczowy projektu: 1. Opracowanie dokumentacji, w tym dokumentacji technicznej i studium wykonalności 2. Kompleksowe wyposażenie terenu inwestycyjnego w media: * budowa sieci zaopatrzenia w wodę * budowa sieci kanalizacyjnej * budowa wewnętrznej sieci gazowej * budowa sieci energetycznej * budowa lokalnej sieci teleinformatycznej * budowa kanalizacji deszczowej 3. Budowa wewnętrznego układu komunikacyjnego terenu: drogi, place manewrowe, chodniki, parkingi, sieć oświetlenia zewnętrznego, pas zieleni 4. Budowa budynków: * Chełmskiego Centrum Aktywności Gospodarczej wraz z budynkiem magazynowo - produkcyjnym - z częścią biurowo-socjalną i budynkiem ochrony * Budynek magazynowo - produkcyjny 5.Zagospodarowanie otoczenia: parkingi, zieleń i infrastruktura dodatkowa 6. The main aim of the project is to increase the economic competitiveness of Chełm and sub-region. This objective will be achievable through the achievement of the specific objectives: 1.Comprehensive investment of investment sites 2.Creation of the 3.Improvement of the communication of investment sites 4.Improving the forms of support and services for investors 5.Safeguarding the conditions for doing business. The project will strengthen the capacity and the investment and economic attractiveness of the region and the sub-region, create the conditions for modern technology, cooperation between firms outside the zone, increase the competitiveness of local businesses, create new jobs, increase living standards and reduce unemployment. Project results: Number of investments located on the investment sites to be developed — 2 t. Uptake of supported investment sites — 100 % Total area of prepared investment sites available to investors — 4.28 ha project scope: 1. Development of documentation, including technical documentation and feasibility study 2. Comprehensive equipment for the investment site in the media: * construction of water supply network * construction of sewage network * construction of sewage network * construction of an internal gas network * construction of energy network * construction of the local IT network * construction of the storm water system 3. Construction of the internal road transport system: roads, manoeuvring areas, pavements, parking areas, an external lighting network, a green belt 4. Construction of buildings: * Chełmski Economic Activity Centre together with the storage building — with part of office and social housing and security building * Storage building — production 5.Environmental management: car parks, green spaces and additional infrastructure 6.
