Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja wsparcia doradczego, dotyczącego pobudzania transferu technologii, budowania sieci kontaktów gospodarczych i naukowych oraz komercjalizacji wyników prowadzonych prac B+R w firmie Image Citadel. Dzięki doradztwu w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskiem naukowym, a otoczeniem gospodarczym, spółka zamierza zwiększyć rozpoznawalność swojej marki na rynku oraz nawiązać nowe kontakty z przedstawicielami środowiska naukowo-biznesowego. Projekt umożliwi dotarcie do firm zainteresowanych dystrybucją technologii będącej efektem działalności spółki, a także inwestorów gotowych wesprzeć finansowo jej bieżącą działalność jak i działania rozwojowe. Prezentacja dotychczasowych osiągnięć i rezultatów prac spółki Image Citadel podczas spotkań biznesowych oraz publicznych prezentacji, pozwoli zebrać informację na temat oczekiwań klientów końcowych produktów opracowywanych przez spółkę. Dane pozyskane w ten sposób, staną się obok analizy rynku, analizy ekonomicznej oraz analizy technicznej, podstawowym źródłem danych niezbędnych do planowania dalszych prac B+R. Zacieśnienie współpracy z otoczeniem gospodarczo – naukowym, przyczyni się do wymiany wiedzy i doświadczeń po między podmiotami zainteresowanymi komercjalizacją efektów prac B+R spółki, a co za tym idzie wpłynie na pobudzenie szeroko pojętego rynku nowych technologii. Na obecnym etapie rozwoju spółki, wyjątkowo istotne i przydatne okaże się, zawarte w projekcie doradztwo w zakresie zawierania umów dotyczących kooperacji, współpracy badawczo-rozwojowej, licencji oraz przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych, co wzmocni bezpieczeństwo własności intelektualnej w firmie oraz obniży ryzyko pojawienia się nieściągalnych należności. Wszystkie zawarte w projekcie działania, mają na celu umożliwienie i ułatwienie efektywnego transferu technologii opracowywanej przez spółkę Image Citadel. (Polish)

The project involves the implementation of advisory support on boosting technology transfer, networking of economic and scientific contacts and commercialisation of R & D results in Image Cittel. Thanks to the advice on building and maintaining a network of links between the scientific community and the economic environment, the company intends to increase its brand recognition on the market and establish new contacts with representatives from the scientific and business community. The project will make it possible to reach out to companies interested in distributing technology as a result of the company’s activities, as well as willing investors to support their day-to-day business and development activities. The presentation of the past achievements and results of the company Image Cittkel during the business meetings and public presentations will make it possible to gather information on the expectations of the final customers of the products produced by the company. The data to be obtained in this way will, in addition to market analysis, economic analysis and technical analysis, will be the main source of data needed to plan future R & D work. At the current stage of the company’s development, it will be particularly important and appropriate to provide advice on the conclusion of contracts for cooperation, research and development cooperation, licensing and the transfer of copyright, which will strengthen the company’s intellectual property security and reduce the risk of bad debts. All the activities included in the project are designed to enable and facilitate the effective transfer of the technology being developed by the company image Cittadel. (English)
