„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014”Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usług doradczych w zakresie innowacji oraz środków trwałych i wnip niezbędnych do wprowadzenie do działalności ulepszonej usługi zautomatyzowanego tworzenia baz danych 3D ewidencji gruntów i budynków oraz usprawnienie procesów związanych z tworzeniem baz danych. Proinnowacyjne usługi doradcze wspierające wdrożenie innowacji będą obejmowały: 1.Analiza alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju poprzez wdrażanie innowacji 2.Uszczegółowienia i oceny wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrażaniem innowacji 3.Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla opracowywanej lub wdrażanej innowacji 4.Identyfikacji i mapowania kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacji i optymalizacji 5.Poszukiwanie i nawiązanie kontaktu z dostawcą technologii 6. Pomocy w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji 7.Pomoc w procesie przygotowania lub przeprowadzenia negocjacji z dostawcą technologii 8.Doradztwo w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii pomiędzy dostawcą i odbiorcą technologii 9.Analizy ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji 10.Doradztwo i pomocy w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji 11.Doradztwa, pomocy i szkolenia w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji 12.Monitorowania i oceny efektów wdrożenia innowacji 13.Opracowania strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu lub usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacji 14.Doradztwo w zakresie rozwoju zasobów ludzkich związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji Usługa świadczona będzie przez akredytowany ośrodek innowacji INNpuls Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Rzeszowie.
