Společnost ZPS - FRÉZOVACÍ NÁSTROJE a.s. je výrobcem fréz a poskytovatelem služeb tepelného zpracování s dlouholetou tradicí. Jako akciová společnost existuje od roku 1992. Tradice výroby firmy však sahá až do 30. let 20. století., kdy byla součástí koncernu Baťa. V současnosti je pak velkým problémem práce s lidskými zdroji. Z odborných škol v současnosti nevycházejí odborníci, kteří jsou uplatnitelní ve výrobní praxi. Proto je cílem projektu zvyšování kvalifikace vlastních zaměstnanců. a. (Czech)

ZPS — Smilling INSTRUMENTS a.s. is a manufacturer of milling from and a service provider of thermal processing with long tradition. As a public limited company, there has been a public limited company since 1992. However, the traditional production tradition dates back to the 30s of the 20th century, when it was part of the Baza group. Work with human resources is now a major challenge. At present, the professional schools are not covered by the experts who are applicable in the manufacturing practice. Therefore, the aim of the project is to increase the skills of their own staff. a. (English)
