Předmětem projektu je výzkumná činnost zaměřená na nové způsoby zpracování čistírenských kalů technologií nízkoteplotní pyrolýzy - tzv. torefakce. Tento způsob zpracování naplňuje princip Cirkulární ekonomiky, kdy výstupy po provedení pyrolýzy (zejména pevný zbytek tzv. charcoal nebo biochar a kapalný zbytek pyrolýzní olej) představují možnosti recyklace, materiálového a energetického využití čistírenských kalů. a. The subject of the project is a research activity focusing on new ways of treatment of low temperature pyrolysis technologies — i.e. tufevents. This method of processing fulfils the principle of the circular economy, in which the outputs after the pyrolysis process (in particular the fixed rest of the so called charcoal or bioochar, and the liquid residue of pyrolysis oil) are the possibilities for recycling, fibre and energy recovery of the sewage sludge.
