Cette opération a pour objet le cofinancement de la phase 1 des travaux d’aménagement et de réhabilitation des surfaces non utilisés par Emmaüs Défi dans ses locaux situé au cœur du quartier riquet-stalingrad. Emmaus utilise actuellement l’ensemble du rez-de-chaussée de Riquet, la quasi-totalité du niveau -1 et quelques places de parking pour les camions au niveau -2. Des surfaces sont inutilisées : environ 500 m² au niveau -1 et environ 5000 m² aux niveaux -2 et -3. (French)

The purpose of this operation is the co-financing of phase 1 of the fitting-out and rehabilitation works for the areas not used by Emmaüs Défi at its premises at the heart of the riquet-Stalinist area. Emmaus currently uses the whole ground floor of Riquet, almost the entire level -1 and some parking spaces for trucks on level -2. Unused surfaces: approximately 500 m² at level -1 and approximately 5 000 m² at levels -2 and -3. (English)
