(French)

Neolink wishes to integrate into its platform new features that facilitate the exchange and mutual assistance between citizens, between citizens and elected representatives, but also between citizens and associations. Citizens will be able to follow the development of community projects. The elected representatives will be able to put certain projects to the vote of the citizens. The platform will be able to manage all the communities of the territory (neighbourhood committees, citizens’ committees, associations). In particular, the Platform will: — the introduction of a hive of study for projects devised by the general public before submitting them to the governing bodies — the promotion of the local fabric (craftsmen, producers, SMEs) — joint purchasing of local products to improve purchasing power — the monitoring of all citizens’ projects put in place by the local community, associations or residents. The aim of the platform is to facilitate the daily life of citizens, communicating on the right plans, events and citizens’ projects on the basis of the rules laid down by the citizen. This tool will help to develop citizenship and make it easier to live together. (English)
