Podstawową cechą współczesnego rynku pracy jest to, iż wymaga on od młodych ludzi, wkraczających w życie zawodowe, coraz wyższych, a zarazem zmieniających się kwalifikacji, czemu nie zawsze potrafią oni sprostać, a co zmniejsza ich szanse na zatrudnienie. Szkoła ZSB chcąc aktywnie przeciwdziałać pogłębianiu się bezrobocia w powiecie podjęła się opracowania projektu "Nowoczesna baza edukacyjna w Zespole Szkół Budowlanych" mającego na celu modernizację procesu kształcenia zawodowego poprzez doposażenie istniejącej bazy dydaktycznej zgodnie z oczekiwaniami pracodawców i wymaganiami dzisiejszego rynku pracy, a także podwyższanie efektów kształcenia przez przesunięcie nacisku z deklaratywnego określania treści, które w szkole powinny być nauczane, na ścisłe zdefiniowanie standardów wiedzy i umiejętności, które będą wymagane na koniec danego etapu edukacji. Rynek pracy oczekuje od systemu szkolnictwa, że dostarczy pracodawcom młodych ludzi łatwo poddających się szkoleniu, o szerokim zakresie umiejętności, które nie zestarzeją się wraz ze zmianami technologicznymi czy zmianami struktury przemysłowej. W tym celu szkoła ZSB nawiązała współpracę z pracodawcami lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy. Przy czynnym udziale pracodawców opracowano założenia niniejszego projektu, które mają zostać osiągnięte poprzez realizację 2 zadań obejmujących przede wszystkim modernizację metod i treści kształcenia, doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej, dzięki której możliwe będzie nauczanie wg nowoczesnych standardów, a także kursy i staże dla nauczycieli. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objęty jest beneficjent instytucjonalny, czyli szkoła ZSB oraz beneficjenci indywidualni jakimi są nauczyciele kształcenia zawodowego. (Polish)

A fundamental feature of the modern labour market is that it requires young people to enter into working life, increasingly higher and at the same time changing skills, which they are not always able to cope with and which reduces their chances of being employed. The ZSL school, wishing to actively combat the deterioration of unemployment in the district, undertook to develop a ‘Modern educational base in the Team of Building Schools’ aimed at modernising vocational training through the retrofitting of the existing teaching base in line with employers’ expectations and the requirements of today’s labour market, as well as increasing the learning outcomes by shifting the focus from declaring content, which should be taught at school, to the strict definition of the knowledge and skills standards that will be required at the end of the education phase. The labour market is expected by the education system to provide young people with easy training, with a wide range of skills, which are not ageing with technological change or industrial change. To this end, ZSBB has established cooperation with the local and regional labour market employers. With the active participation of employers, the objectives of this project have been developed, to be achieved through the implementation of 2 tasks consisting mainly of modernising the methods and content of education, providing the teaching base for teaching using modern standards, as well as courses and internships for teachers. The project is covered by the institutional beneficiary, i.e. the ZSSF School and the beneficiaries of the individual vocational training teachers. (English)
