De viktigaste resultaten av projektet i förhållande till dess deltagare:-utveckla individuella handlingsplaner inom området vidare yrkesutveckling för 100 % av projektdeltagarna, – förvärv av 100 % av projektdeltagarna en kvalifikation(18 pers. 72 %UP) och kompetenser (7 personer-28 %UP) för yrkesverksamma i enlighet med behoven i den lokala arbetsmarknaden – förvärv av minst 90 % av projektdeltagarnas kompetens när det gäller diagnos av deras yrkesmässiga förutsättningar – förvärv av minst 90 % av projektdeltagarnas yrkeserfarenhet i enlighet med kvalifikationer/kompetenser – förbättra situationen på arbetsmarknaden i en grupp av 27 % av projektdeltagarnaAktivitet i projektet:-Individuella samråd med en yrkesvägledare för att skapa och uppdatera IPD-Individuell karriärvägledning,-Individuell psykologisk rådgivning-Individuell karriärintermediation-Traveland (Swedish)
