W wyniku realizacji projektu będzie opracowana i wdrożona innowacyjna technologia odlewania poliuretanów,która pozwoli udoskonalić wytwarzane wyroby z poliuteranu,w tym:-uzyskać stabilność wymiarową,-poprawić parametry mechaniczne,-poprawić estetykę powierzchni,-poprawić stabilności produkcji, w tym zmniejszenie ilości odpadów.Planowane efekty rzeczowe projektu: Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie-1 szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje-1 szt. Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje)–371425,00 PLNLiczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie prowadzenia prac B+R–1 szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw ponoszących nakłady inwestycyjne na działalność B+R–1szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw współpracujących z ośrodkami badawczymi–1 szt. Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury naukowo-badawczej-220785,00PLNLiczba zakupionej aparatury naukowo-badawczej-6szt.W niniejszym projekcie zastosowanie będzie miał transfer pasywny, który obejmuje wdrożenie wyników prac B+R do własnej dział. gosp.Wnioskodawcy,transfer informacji (współpraca naukowców z kadrą B+R),świadczenie usług B+R dla przedsiębiorstw(testowanie,walidacja,badania kontraktowe zamawiane przez Wnioskodawcę).W wyniku uzyskanych rezultatów projektu nastąpi uruchomienie produkcji i sprzedaż produktów z poliuretanu.Przedmiot projektu obejmuje przeprowadzenie prac B+R oraz zakup infrastruktury B+R.Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do rozwoju współpracy i transferu wiedzy między Wnioskodawcą a jednostkami naukowymi.Spowoduje wzrost potencjału innowacyjnego Wnioskodawcy,gdyż pozwoli na realizację badań, których rezultatem będzie innowacyjna technologia,z możliwością praktycznego i opłacalnego zastosowania.W wyniku projektu zostanie również rozwinięta komórka badawczo-rozwojowa.Wnioskodawca przewiduje dokonanie zgłoszenia patentowego wynalazku,wzoru przemysłowego lub wzoru użytkowego.Projekt rozpocznie się w I 2020,a zakończy w VI 2021.Projekt będzie realizowany w Puszczykowie. Number of enterprises cooperating with research establishments — 1 Investment costs for the purchase of scientific research equipment — 220785,00PLNNumber of purchased scientific and research equipment (6). this project will apply a passive transfer, which includes the implementation of R & D results for the Applicant, the transfer of information (collaboration of scientists with staff from R & D), the provision of R & D services for enterprises (testing, validation, contract studies to be procured by the Applicant). the project will result in the development of R & D services and the purchase of R & D infrastructure. the project will result in the development of cooperation and knowledge transfer between the applicant and the scientific unit. the project will also result in a development of collaboration and knowledge transfer between the applicant and the scientific unit.
