Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kieleckim. Wsparciem zostanie objęte 508 osób bezrobotnych, spełniających łącznie następujące warunki (zgodnie z zapisami zawartymi w SZOOP oraz p przyjętymi kryteriami wyboru projektu). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 229 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Kielce. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP Kielce realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over in the district of Kielce. 508 unemployed persons will be supported, meeting the following cumulative conditions (in line with the provisions of the SZOOP and the accepted criteria for project selection). The main result of the project will be the employment of the 229 people registered in the PLO Kielce. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO Kielce will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
