Celem projektu jest poprawa warunków życia, aktywizacja i włączenie mieszkańców z obszaru rewitalizacji (OR) poprzez stworzenie trwałych miejsc świadczenia usług społ. oraz przestrzeni do aktywności. Projekt realizuje cele Programu Rewitalizacji dla Malborka 2017-2023 (pow. OR 141,91 ha,liczba mieszkańców OR 10.933 osób).Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja infrastruktury OR miasta na cele społ. W ramach projektu wykonana zostanie adaptacja 2 zabytkowych obiektów na cele społ. - utworzenia placówki wsparcia dziennego, zmodernizowana przestrzeń publiczna w postaci 3 obszarów zielonych i 2 przestrzeni podwórkowych,wykonane zostaną remonty części wspólnych 41 wspólnot mieszkaniowych i 10 budynków komunalnych. Powstanie również ścieżka histor. biegnąca po OR. Projekt ma charakter zintegrowany z projektem Malbork na „+”- działania społeczne(6.2.2 RPO WP).W ramach cross-financingu zaplanowano prowadzenie punktu konsultacyjnego (zad.2) i włączenia mieszkańców w zagospodar. podwórek (zad.8). The aim of the project is to improve living conditions, to activate and integrate the inhabitants of the regeneration area (OR) by creating sustainable social and active services. The project meets the objectives of the Malbork 2017-2023 Rehabilitation Programme. Or 141.91 ha, inhabitants of OR 10.933 inhabitants). Under the project, 2 historic monuments will be adapted for social inclusion. The creation of a daily support facility, a modernised public space in the form of 3 green areas and 2 yard yards, will be built on the renovation of parts of the 41 communal buildings and the 10 municipal buildings. There will also be a story running after the OR. The project is integrated with the Malbork project on “+” — social action (6.2.2 ROP PP). cross-financing is planned to carry a consultative point (item 2) and to involve people in the other yards (item 8).
