POWIAT SZTUMSKI - POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W SZTUMIE Z/S W DZIERZGONIU

Projekt skierowany do grupy 236(K-154;M-82) osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP w Sztumie z/s w Dzierzgoniu z powiatu sztumskiego. Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości działań na rzecz aktywizacji osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: efektywność zatrudnieniowa - min. 33 odsetek osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, min 39 odsetek kobiet, min. 33 odsetek osób z niepełnosprawnościami, min. 30 odsetek osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, min. 38 odsetek osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu. Działania: diagnoza uczestników projektu poprzez ustalenie profilu pomocy tj. stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy oraz Indywidualny Plan Działania. Działania związane ze stażami, pracami interwencyjnymi, refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy oraz przyznawania jednorazowo środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Wsparcie udzielane w ramach projektu będzie zgodne z zapotrzebowaniem uczestników i pracodawców. Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci pośrednictwem pracy i/lub poradnictwem zawodowym. (Polish)

Project addressed to group 236 (K-154; m-82) unemployed persons who were unemployed in PUP in Sztuma with/s in Dzierzgowa from the district of ul. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of activation measures for unemployed persons registered in the PLO. Specific objectives of the project: employment efficiency — at least 33 people aged 50 and over, min 39 percentage of women, minimum 33 people with disabilities, minimum 30 LTU rate, min 38 the share of low-skilled people. Increase the employability of project participants. Actions: diagnosis of project participants by finding the aid profile i.e. the degree of remoteness from the labour market and the Individual Action Plan. Activities relating to traineeships, intervention works, reimbursement of equipment costs or the retrofitting of jobs, and one-off measures for setting up a business. The support provided by the project will be in line with the needs of the participants and employers. Participants in the project will be targeted through work and/or work counselling. (English)
