Zbog zastarjelosti informacijske tehnologije i neefikasnog upravljanja poslovnim procesima u poduzeću, a kako bi poduzeće uspjelo u namjeri ostvarenja ciljeva poslovanja poduzeća, jačanja tržišne pozicije, povećanje konkurentnosti i učinkovitosti poslovanja putem primjene informacijske tehnologije, investitor je uvidio važnost investiranja u narednim godinama. Predmetna investicija će u budućnosti imati odraza na kvalitetu usluge, optimiziranje i povezivanje poslovnih procesa uz poboljšanje uvjeta rada te će se stvoriti preduvjeti za otvaranje novih radnih mjesta. Mjerljivi rezultati predmetnog projekta bit će povećanje prihoda od prodaje za 15% te otvaranje 2 nova radna mjesta. (Croatian)

Aufgrund der Obsoleszenz der Informationstechnologie und des ineffizienten Managements von Geschäftsprozessen im Unternehmen und damit das Unternehmen gelingt, die Ziele des Geschäftsbetriebs zu erreichen, die Marktposition zu stärken, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Effizienz des Geschäfts durch den Einsatz von Informationstechnologie zu erhöhen, erkannte der Investor die Bedeutung von Investitionen in den kommenden Jahren. Die in Rede stehenden Investitionen werden sich in Zukunft auf die Qualität der Dienstleistungen auswirken, die Geschäftsprozesse optimieren und miteinander verknüpfen und gleichzeitig die Arbeitsbedingungen verbessern und Voraussetzungen für die Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze schaffen. Die messbaren Ergebnisse des Projekts werden eine Steigerung des Umsatzes um 15 % und die Schaffung von 2 neuen Arbeitsplätzen sein. (German)

Als gevolg van de veroudering van informatietechnologie en inefficiënt beheer van bedrijfsprocessen in het bedrijf, en om ervoor te zorgen dat het bedrijf erin slaagt de doelstellingen van bedrijfsactiviteiten te bereiken, de marktpositie te versterken, het concurrentievermogen en de efficiëntie van het bedrijf te vergroten door de toepassing van informatietechnologie, realiseerde de investeerder zich het belang van investeringen in de komende jaren. De investering in kwestie zal in de toekomst van invloed zijn op de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, het optimaliseren en koppelen van bedrijfsprocessen en het verbeteren van de arbeidsomstandigheden en het scheppen van voorwaarden voor het scheppen van nieuwe banen. De meetbare resultaten van het project zijn een stijging van de omzet met 15 % en het scheppen van 2 nieuwe banen. (Dutch)
