W proj realizow w okr.1.09.2016-31.07.2018 weźmie udział przedszkole wchodzące w skład ZS w Opaleniu zlok w miejsc Opalenie i jego oddział w Pieniążkowie, dla którego organem prowadzącym jest G.Gniew. Do przedszk. uczęszcza 90 dzieci 44K i 46M, wsparciem objętych zostanie ok. 60%-50 wych.(25K i 25M) i 10 nauczycieli (9 K i 1M). Proj zakłada zwiększenie trwałych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego łącznie o 15, w tym dostos przestrzeni eduk. do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez udrożnienie szlaków komunikacyjnych (powiększ. otworów drzwiowych, likwidacja progów) oraz wyp. łazienki w odpowiedni osprzęt sanitarny.Uzyska się to poprzez odpowiednie prace adaptacyjne (remontowo-wykończeniowe.Ponadto zaplanowano rozszerzenie oferty przedszkola o zaj wspierające rozwój dziecka we wszystkich sferach, ze szczególnym ukierunk na rozwój komp klucz niezb na rynk prac oraz ruch (hippoterapia, basen, taniec,sport). Dzieci pracować będą z psychologiem oraz rozwiną swoje umiejętności interpersonalne podczas zajęć teatralnych. Nauczycielom zaoferowane zostaną kursy i szkolenia w celu zdobycia umiejętności niezbędnych dla realizacji oferty placówki. Działania te bezpośrednio przełożą się na wydłużenie pracy przedszkola (finans własne). Podstawą do określenia celów proj jest dokonana 3 letnia diagnoza (sporządzona w formie pisemnej,zatw. ośw. Burmistrza z dn.2.02.2016)obszarów interwencji, która sformułowała cele projektu: zwiększenie trwałych miejsc przedszkolnych, poprawę jakości edu przedszkolnej, wydłużenie czasu pracy przedszkola. Dok ten wskazał potrzebę inicjowania działań ukierunk na eduk przedszk. w tej części gminy(Pd), głównie ze względu na wcześniejszą likwidację szkoły podst w m.Ostrowite i Rakowiec.Wypracowane rezultaty w sposób trwały i trafny wpłyną na proces eduk w przedszkolu. Zgod z zapisami RPO proj sprzyja oszczędnemu, efektywnemu i wydajnemu wydatkowaniu środków oraz zapewni realizację wskaźników z zachowaniem efektywności kosztowej - nakład - rezultat. (Polish)
