Gł. zdiagnozowanym probl na który odpowiada P jest niedostosowanie syst kszt. i szk. zaw. w ZSO do potrzeb rynku pracy. Celem P realizowanego w Partnerstwie jest poprawa jakości kształcenia i dopasowanie systemów kształcenia i szk. do potrzeby r. pracy w ZSO do 31.08.2020r mierzona poprzez wyniki badań wśród pracodawców lok r. pracy (poprawa o min. 1 pkt w 5-ciu st. skali w stos. do badania na początku realizacji P) -zgodnie z celem szcz. PI RPO WP. P skierowany jest do 30U (5K i 25M)i 10 naucz. zawodu(7K, 3M). Cele szcz.: 1. Dostos oferty eduZSO poprzez real certyf szk. oraz zajęć specjalist. we współp. z otoczeniem społ - gosp. dla 30 U do VII 2019r.(real w typie 2a - kursy certyf. ICT, 2b - uprawn. prawo jazdy, SEP) 2. Dostos. kwalifikacji 10 NZ ZSO do wymogów rynku pracy w formie szk. do VI 2020r. - typ2g 3. Zajęcia korekcyjno - kompensacyjne - wyrównywanie szans edukacyjnych do VI.2020 (typ 2C) 4. Zwiększ szans na zatrudnienie 30 U ZSO poprzez realizację por. zaw. - edu we wspólpracy z prac. do VI 2020 - typ 2d 5. Dost. oferty kształcenia ZSO poprzez zakup nowocz. wyposażenia prac. zaw. do IX 2019 -typ2i 5. Podn. motywacji U poprzez program styp -typ 2f Cel zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację powiązanych t.działań: a) zwiększenia współpracy ZSO z prac. m. in.poprzez por. zaw. edu d) dod. zajęć specj. umożliw U i NZ uzyskiwanie i uzupełnianie wiedzy i umiejętności zaw., e) wsparcia U w zakresie zdobywania dod. uprawnień zwięk ich szanse na r. pracy, f) wyposażenia pracowni przedmiotów zaw. g) program styp., h)zajęcia kor. kompens. P zapewnia kompleksowe wsparcie typ 2a-c,d,f,g,i. Po zakończeniu szk. każdy UP przystąpi do egz. zew. VCC co umożliwi walidację kompetencji. Rez. będzie uzyskanie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zaw. przez 30U i 10NZ (zdiagnozowaliśmy ryzyko, iz część ucz. może nie ukończyć wsparcia), potw. uzyskaniem certyfikatu a efektem poprawa jakości kształ. i lepsze dopasowanie kształ. do potrzeb rynku pracy ( efekt mierzony opiniami prac.) The diagnosed test tube for which P is responsible is a failure to use the syst and sketches in ZSO to the needs of the labour market. The P objective of the Partnership is to improve the quality of education and to tailor education systems and sketches to work in ZSO by 31.08.2020, measured by the results of research among employers in the field of work (improvement of at least 1 points in the 5st scale from the scale applied to the survey at the beginning of the P) -according to the objective of the lot. PI ROP PP. P is addressed to 30U (5K and 25M) and 10 to the general professional (7K, 3M). The following shall be used: 1. Deliveries of the offer of edulis’s educator, as well as a specialist in a social environment for 30 U to VII 2019 (Real in type 2a — certified courses. ICT, 2b — Driving Licence, SEPs) 2. Qualification of UN SRN to the requirements of the labour market in the form of a glass to VI 2020. — typ2g 3. Remedial action — offsetting — equalisation of educational opportunities to VI.2020 (type 2C) 4. Increase the employability of 30 U ZSO by meeting in. — EDU in cooperation with work: to VI 2020 — type 2d 5. Training offers from the ZSO training offer to IX 2019 to IX (2) to IX (5). The justification for U-Type 2f will be achieved by implementing the related activities: (a) enhance the cooperation of the “ZSO” to work, inter alia, via the EDIC (d) adding specific activities in order to allow for the provision and updating of the knowledge and skills of the workers concerned. P provides comprehensive type support of 2a-c, d,f, g,i. at the end of the glazing. each UP will proceed with the z. Vcc in order to validate the competences. The copy will acquire competences and qualifications in the 30U and 10nz. (we have been diagnosed at risk, and it may not be able to complete support), to obtain a certificate and to improve the quality of education and to improve the matching of shapes with the needs of the labour market (effect measured in terms of opinions.)
