Projekt real. będzie w okresie od 1.07.2018 do 30.06.2021. Celem gł. proj. będzie utw. i dział. Ośrodka Wsparcia i Aktywizacji Osób Starszych, obejm. obsz. swojego działania teren Gm. Biecz dla 40 osób niesam. pow. 60 roku życia. Plac. świad. będzie usługi stac. dla 25 osób niesam. 15 K i 10 M oraz w miejscu zam. dla 15 osób niesam w wart. uwzgl. rotację 10 UP. Działanie O ukier. jest na wsp. umożl. os. niesam. jak najdłuższe funkc. w środ. własnego miejsca zam. oraz udzielenie możl. najszerszego i kompleks. wsp. dla op. osób niesam. Wybór grupy doc. przepr. został na podst. diagn. potrzeb przepr. w 2017 przez zespół składający się z prac. MGOPS w Bieczu, Ośrodka Zdrowia oraz przedst. inst. dział. na terenie Gm. Biecz w materii probl. społ. WTZ, Świetlicy Środ. oraz Klubu Seniora. Projekt zakłada większy udział kobiet niż mężczyzn. O real. swoje zadania będzie we wszystkie dni robocze w godzinach od 6 do 18. W ramach udziel. UP wsparcia zapl. wolont. dzieci i młodzieży szkolnej. Powołany zostanie Samorząd O który odpow. będzie za współpracę z pers. O, organizował udziału w wyd. kult. oraz dział. na rzecz integracji UP. W ramach wsparcia dla UP org. będą wyd. kult. takie jak organizacja świąt, wycieczki oraz wspólne przedsięwzięcia w tym zakresie z wolon. Duży nacisk położony zostanie na między pokoleniową wymianę doświadczeń. W ramach O prow. będą usługi pielęgnacyjno opiekuńcze, aktywizująco usprawniające oraz wspomagające.
