Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup w ramach działania 3.4.4. RPO WM, środków trwałych niezbędnych do wdrożenia na rynek posiadanych przez TechStal Łukasz Kozera wyników prac BR. Wnioskodawca dysponuje opracowaną przez Politechnikę Krakowską, Instytut Pojazdów Szynowych w ramach działania 1.2.3 RPO WM Bony na innowacje, dokumentacją techniczną produktu oraz opracowanym siłami własnymi na tej podstawie ostatecznym prototypem produktu. Produkt jest gotowy do wdrożenia na rynek. Będzie to innowacyjna w skali świata winda osobowa dla pojazdów szynowych zgodna z TSI PRM. Winda produkowana przez TechStal Łukasz Kozera będzie pierwszym w pełni polskim produktem na rynku. W ramach projektu zostanie wykonane:1. Zakup środka trwałego w postaci wycinarki laserowej.2. Zakup środka trwałego w postaci prasy krawędziowej.3. Stworzenie linii produkcyjnej w przygotowanej hali wyposażonej częściowo w posiadany sprzęt spawarki, giętarki itp.4. Uruchomienie produkcji i wdrożenie produktu na rynek.Wdrożenie produktu na rynek spowoduje zwiększenie zatrudnienia, innowacyjności i konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa oraz dzięki temu zwiększenie konkurencyjności i wielkości przychodów Tech Stal.Projekt wpisuje się w RIS oraz cele działania 3.4.4. RPO WM a ich osiągnięcie zostanie odzwierciedlone we wskaźnikach produktu oraz rezultatu. (Polish)

The project is a purchase under measure 3.4.4. ROP MP, the fixed assets needed to be implemented on the market held by TechSteel Łukasz Kozer for the results of BR. The applicant has at the disposal of the Cracow Polytechnic, the Institute of Motor Vehicles in the framework of Measure 1.2.3 of the ROP MP, on innovation, the technical documentation of the product and the own strength of the own strength on that basis of the final product prototype. The product is ready to be put on the market. This will be an innovative rail lift worldwide for rolling stock in accordance with the PRM TSI. The elevator produced by TechSteel Łukasz Kozer will be the first fully Polish product on the market. The project will be carried out under 1. Purchase of a fixed asset in the form of a laser-cutting device (2). The purchase of a durable medium in the form of a press edge.3. The creation of a production line in a prepared hall equipped with part in the equipment of the cutting machine, infard itp.4. The launch of the production and implementation of the product on the market will increase the company’s employment, innovation and competitiveness and thus increase the competitiveness and revenue of Tech Stal.Project in the RIS and the objectives of Action 3.4.4. The WM ROP will be reflected in the output and result indicators. (English)
