W ramach projektu powstanie dedykowany gminny portal usług publicznych dla klientów urzędu (mieszkańców, przedsiębiorców oraz organizacji pozarz.). Udostępnionych zostanie: - 7 Usług na poziomie dojrzałości 4/5 - 2 Usługi na poz. 3 - 5 Usług na poz. 1 Usługi udostępniane będą nieodpłatnie przy najmniejszych barierach ich wykorzystania, bez względu na miejsce przebywania. Zapewniona zostanie neutralność technologiczna oraz bezpieczeństwo przetwarzanych danych poprzez szkolenia i zakup infr. sprzętowej. Usługi będą równoważne do osobistej wizyty mieszkańca w Urzędzie, jednak cały proces będzie się odbywał automatycznie bez konieczności wizyty w Urzędzie. eUsługi będą dostępne na urządzeniach mobilnych. Zakłada się wykorzystanie platformy ePUAP w celu udostępniania e-usług, integrację z gminnym portalem. Elektroniczny obieg dok. w jednostkach org. (20 jednostek) oraz portal komunikacji elektronicznej między urzędem, a jednostkami org. ograniczą konieczność budowania infrastruktury sprzętowej poprzez zastosowanie infrastruktury chmurowej oraz brak ponoszenia dodatkowych kosztów związanych z administrowaniem i zabezpieczeniem danych w jednostkach organizacyjnych. W Urzędzie utworzony zostanie Punkt Potwierdzający Profil Zaufany. Charakterystyka oferowanych usług: I. USŁUGI NA 5 POZ.: (oferowane przez Urząd Gm.) 1) Elektroniczna obsługa podatku od nieruchomości, rolnego, leśnego osób fiz. , podatku od nieruch., rolny, leśny osób prawnych, środków transportowych, obsługa zobowiązania z tytułu wywozu odpadów komunalnych, obsługa zobowiązania za zezwolenia na sprzedaż alkoholu, obsługa zobowiązania z tytułu dzierżawy, obsługa zobowiązania z tytułu wieczystego użytkowania: • Złożenie informacji przez ePUAP • Elektroniczne procedowanie dokumentu wew. urzędu • Publikacja informacji w Gminnym Portalu Usług Publicznych o wysokości zobowiązania • Płatności internetowe • Informowanie podatnika przez ePUAP, sms, e-mail, aplikację mob. The project will create a dedicated municipal public service portal for the clients of the office (residents, entrepreneurs and NGOs). To be made available: — 7 Services at maturity level 4/5-2 Services per Item 3-5 1 Services shall be made available free of charge at the lowest barriers to their use, irrespective of their location. Technological neutrality and security of data processed through training and the purchase of hardware will be ensured. Services will be equivalent to the Authority’s personal visit to the Authority, but the whole process will be carried out automatically without the need for a visit to the Authority. the services will be available on mobile devices. It is envisaged to use the ePUAP platform for the provision of e-services, integration with the municipal portal. The electronic circulation of the document in the unit (s). (20 units) and the electronic communication portal between the Authority, and the units, limit the need to build hardware infrastructure by using cloud infrastructure and not to incur additional costs associated with the administration and security of the data in the organisational units. A ‘Trusted Profile’ will be created at the Office. Characteristics of the services offered: I. SERVICES PER 5 ITEMS: (Gm Authority) 1) Real estate, agricultural, forestry, real estate tax. Non-circulation tax., agricultural, forest legal persons, transport equipment, servicing of an obligation to export municipal waste, servicing an undertaking for an authorisation to sell alcohol, servicing an obligation for lease, servicing an obligation for perpetual usufruct: • Submission of information by ePUAP• Electronic proceedings to be handled by the Office• Publication of information in the Public Services Portal on the amount of the undertaking• Online payments• Information to the taxpayer by ePUAP, sms, email, mob.
