Cel P: Dostosowanie kształcenie zawod. 550 ucz. z pow. puławskiego do wymagań rynku pracy oraz podniesienie jakości kształcenia w 10 szk. zawod. Pow. puławskiego do 30 IX 2019r Cel główny będzie realizowany za pomocą celów szczegółowych tj.: zwiększenie współpracy 10 szkół zawodowych z pracodawcami do IX 2019 r, podniesienie umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych uczniów 550 uczniów, umożliwienie zdobycia nowych kwalifikacji zawodowych 17 nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych ze szkół powiatu puławskiego, poprawa warunków nauczania w 10 szkołach powiatu puławskiego. Cele zostaną zrealizowane poprzez dodatkowe zajęcia specjalistyczne dla uczniów, kursy dla uczniów dające dodatkowe uprawnienia, współpracę szkół objętych projektem z szkołami wyższymi w zakresie aktualizacji ich wiedzy( studia podyplomowe, szkolenia) , współpracę szkół objętych projektem z pracodawcami w zakresie organizacji dodatkowych staży/praktyk oraz wyposażenie pracowni szkolny w nowoczesny, dostosowany do potrzeb rynku pracy sprzęt i wyposażenie. Gr docelową będą uczniowie i nauczyciele przedmiotów zawodowych/instruktorzy praktycznej nauki zawodu szkół wymienionych w pkt. 3.1.2. Rezultatem będzie podniesienie jakości kształcenia w szkołach objętych projektem oraz wyposażenie uczniów w kwalifikacje i umiejętności zawodowe niezbędne na rynku pracy. (Polish)

Objective P: Adaptation of the start of education. 550 students from the field to meet the requirements of the labour market and to improve the quality of education in 10. Field up to 30 IX 2019 The main objective shall be implemented by means of specific objectives, i.e.: increasing the cooperation between 10 vocational schools and employers by IX 2019, upgrading the skills and professional qualifications of students of 550 pupils, enabling 17 teachers to acquire the new professional qualifications of teachers of school subjects from the district of the district of the desert, improving the conditions for teaching in the 10 schools of the district. The objectives will be achieved through supplementary specialised courses for pupils, courses for students with additional rights, cooperation between the schools involved in a project with higher education institutions for updating their knowledge (post-graduate studies, training), cooperation between the schools involved in the project with employers for the organisation of additional traineeships/apprenticeships, and equipping school staff with modern, labour market adapted equipment and equipment. The target group will be the students and teachers of vocational subjects/trainers of the schools listed in point. 3.1.2. The result will be to improve the quality of education in the project schools and equip students with the necessary skills and skills in the labour market. (English)
