Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna budynku budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w miejscowości Skrudki. Wszystkie koszty kwalifikowalne wynikają bezpośrednio z audytu energetycznego (- ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku, wymiana okien, ocieplenie stropu,montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, montaż instalacji C.O.wymiana grzejników wraz z montażem zaworów termostatycznych, regulacja instalacji,, Modernizacja instalacji c.w.u. ). Roczne zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej modernizowanych budynku wynikające z audytu energetycznego wynosi 46,9 %. Projekt obejmuje również wdrożenie systemów pomiaru, monitoringu i zarządzania wykorzystaniem energii w budynku ( montaż automatyki pogodowej, system zarządzania energią ). Instalacja fotowoltaiczna o mocy 8 kw zostanie zamontowana na budynku szkoły. Grupą docelową będą uczniowie i nauczyciele Szkoły Podstawowej w miejscowości Skrudki. Budynek stanowi własność Gminy Żyrzyn, a zarządzany jest przez Dyrektora Szkoły. W ramach projektu prowadzone będą działania promocyjne oraz realizowany nadzór inwestorski, ponoszone będą koszty zarządzania projektem. (Polish)

The object of the project is the deep energy renovation of the building building of the Primary School in Skrudki. All eligible costs are the result of an energy audit (- insulation of the building’s external walls, replacement of windows, insulation of the ceiling, installation of a photovoltaic installation, installation of a CO.P.I. replacement of radiators, including installation of thermostatic valves, adjustment of the installation, modernisation of the installation of hot service water). The annual energy efficiency improvement of the building resulting from the energy audit is 46.9 %. The project also includes the implementation of systems for measuring, monitoring and managing the use of energy in the building (installation of the weather, power management system). The 8kw photovoltaic installation will be mounted on the school building. The target group will be the students and teachers of the Primary School in Skrudki. The building is the property of the Municipality of Żyrzyn, and is managed by the Principal of the School. The project will carry out promotional activities and ongoing investor supervision in the management of the project. (English)
