Projekt obejmuje realizację zadań związanych z prawidłowym i bezawaryjnym dostarczaniem wody mieszkańcom Gminy Wola Uhruska podłączonym do sieci wodociągowej. W szczególności inwestycja obejmuje: zakup urządzenia do wykrywania awarii na sieci, wymianę wodomierzy na wodomierze za zdalnym odczytem (1045 szt.), zakup programu / systemu który umożliwiałby przesyłanie danych odczytanych z wodomierzy do systemu komputerowego Gminy (np w celu automatycznego wystawienia faktury), uruchomienie serwisu internetowego służącego odbiorcom (sprawdzanie stanów liczników i historii opłat oraz zużycia, zgłaszanie awarii, zgłaszanie problemów technicznych, ocena jakości usług). Zakres prac wynika z problemów: trudne do zlokalizowania awarie na sieci powodujące duże straty wody, ciężkie do zlokalizowania wycieki, długi czas związany z naliczaniem opłat za wodę z uwagi na brak możliwości odczytu licznika (brak właścicieli). W wyniku zaplanowanych prac nastąpi usprawnienie systemu wodociągowego na terenie całej gminy wiejskiej Wola Uhruska. Bezpośrednio z efektów skorzystają mieszkańcy Gminy podłączeni do sieci wodociągowej (2 570 osób wg. danych GUS, poziom zwodociągowania wynosi 65,1%). Efekty realizacji inwestycji odczują również pracownicy Gminy odczytujący stan liczników oraz naliczający opłaty za wodę (dzięki automatyzacji procesów z tym związanych). Rezultaty projektu: Przewidywana liczba osób korzystających z ulepszonego zaopatrzenia w wodę - 2 570 osób. (Polish)

The project covers the execution of tasks related to the correct and void supply of water to the residents of Wola uhruska, which are connected to the water supply network. In particular, the investment shall include: the purchase of equipment for the detection of a network failure, the exchange of water meters for the remote reading (1045 units), the purchase of a programme/system that would allow the transmission of data read from water meters to the municipality’s computer system (np for the automatic issuing of an invoice), the activation of the online service to the public (verification of meter states and of charges and consumption, reporting of accidents, reporting of technical problems, assessment of quality of service). The scope of the work is due to problems: difficult to locate a network failure causing high loss of water, heavy duty to locate the leak, a long time due to water charging due to the inability of the meter to read (no owners). As a result of the planned work, there will be an improvement of the water supply system in the entire rural municipality of Wola uhruska. Direct results will benefit the inhabitants of the municipality connected to the water supply network (2 570 persons based on the Central Statistical Office data, 65.1 % in terms of coverage). The effects of the realisation of the investment will also be felt by the local authorities reading the state of the meters and charging the water levy (by automating the processes involved). Project results: 2 570 people expected to benefit from an improved water supply. (English)
