Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i wdrożenie dedykowanego oprogramowania systemu nowej generacji do zarządzania obiektem hotelowym. Unikalna koncepcja systemu informatycznego jest efektem przeprowadzonych samodzielnie przez Wnioskodawcę prac badawczo - rozwojowych w obszarze tworzenia inteligentnych narzędzi do zarządzania obiektem hotelowym opartych na inteligentnym algorytmie ergonomii modelu interaktywnego oraz inteligentnych algorytmach rezerwacji. Wdrożenie systemu pozwoli wprowadzić na rynek usługę udostępniania systemu w modelu SaaS (Software as a Service) tj. innowacyjne rozwiązanie IT, które zapewnia szeroką listę funkcji samoobsługowych, interaktywnych i informacyjnych dla gości hotelowych, optymalizację procesu dokonywania zamówień i rezerwacji oraz automatyzację pracy obsługi hotelowej, a wszystko to z poziomu urządzenia mobilnego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności spółki LSI Software S.A. w skali globalnej, oparte na wdrożeniu innowacyjnej technologii w zakresie kompleksowego zarządzania obiektami hotelowymi. Wskaźniki produktu: Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CO01) – 1 szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotację (CO02)– 1 szt. Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (CO06) – 1 580 000,00 PLN Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenie produktów nowych dla rynku (CO28)– 1szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenie produktów nowych dla firmy (CO29) – 1szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie inwestycji – 1 szt. Odbiorcami nowej usługi będą właściciele obiektów hotelowych wyższej kategorii (o wyższym standardzie) z bogatą ofertą usług dodatkowych i rozbudowanym zapleczem rekreacyjno-gastronomicznym. (Polish)

The project consists of the purchase and implementation of a dedicated new generation system software for the management of a hotel facility. The unique concept of an IT system is the result of a research and development work carried out by the applicant on its own, in the area of developing intelligent tools for managing a hotel facility based on a smart interactive algorithm and a smart booking algorithm. The implementation of the system will allow the introduction of a system in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model to the market, i.e. an innovative IT solution that provides a wide list of self-service, interactive and informative functions for hotel guests, optimisation of ordering and reservation processes and automation of hotel handling, all of which from a mobile device. The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of LSI Software S.A. globally, based on the implementation of an innovative technology for the comprehensive management of hotel facilities. Product indicators: Number of enterprises receiving support (CO01) — 1 Number of companies receiving a subsidy (CO02) — 1 units Private investment complementing public support to enterprises (subsidies) (CO06) — PLN 1 580 000,00 Number of enterprises supported to introduce new market products (CO28) — 1 t. Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the firm (CO29) — 1 t. Number of enterprises supported for investments — 1 The recipients of the new service will be the owners of hotel facilities of the higher category (with a higher standard) with a rich range of additional services and expanded recreation and catering facilities.
