Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie rypińskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia zgodnie z metodologią mierzenia kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej w projekcie na minimalnym poziomie: dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej - 33%, dla kobiet - 39%, dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 33%, dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych - 30%, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach - 38%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of the unemployed over 29. selected for the Aid Profile I (so-called “active unemployed”) or the “Aid Profile II” (so called “requiring support”) belonging to at least one of the following groups: people over 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, low-skilled people in the district of Riga. The main output of the project will be to work in accordance with the methodology to measure the employment efficiency criterion of the project at a minimum level: 33 % for people aged 50 and over, 39 % for women with disabilities 33 %, long-term unemployed 30 %, low-skilled people 38 %. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
