Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup wsparcia doradczego związanego z transferem technologii i procesem komercjalizacji wyników prac badawczo-rozwojowych prowadzonych przez zespół pracowników naukowych Kolegium Badań Medycznych Wyższej Szkoły Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy, związanych z produkcją nowoczesnej aparatury diagnostycznej, przez powołaną przez nich spółkę pod nazwą Innowacje Medyczne Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. Wsparcie będące przedmiotem projektu, będzie obejmować usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji, usługi wsparcia innowacji, takie jak zawieranie umów licencyjnych, umów sprzedaży własności intelektualnej, zgłoszeń patentowych, usługi w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskiem naukowym a otoczeniem gospodarczym oraz pozyskiwanie kontaktów ze światem nauki i biznesu, które będą pomocne w procesie komercjalizacji wyników badań dotyczących nowych metod diagnostyki, a w szczególności badania cytologicznego kobiet. Cytologia jest obecnie podstawowym badaniem ginekologicznym w kierunku zmian transformacyjnych i nowotworowych szyjki macicy. Dlatego też grupa naukowców pracujących w Wyższej Szkole Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy prowadziła prace mające na celu stworzenia nowego urządzenia laboratoryjnego, służącego do diagnostyki medycznej. Nie posiadają oni jednak wystarczającej wiedzy i doświadczenia w zakresie współpracy z otoczeniem gospodarczym, które są niezbędne do skutecznej komercjalizacji posiadanych przez nich, wspólne z Uczelnią, wyników prac badawczych. The object of the project is the purchase of advisory support related to technology transfer and commercialisation of R & D results carried out by a team of scientific staff from the College of Bydgoszcz Medical Studies associated with the production of modern diagnostic equipment, by a company set up under the name of the Medical Innovation Company. The support that is the subject of the project will include innovation advisory services, innovation support services such as the conclusion of licensing agreements, contracts for the sale of intellectual property, patent applications, the construction and maintenance of a network of links between the scientific community and the environment, and the acquisition of links with the world of science and business, which will assist in the commercialisation of research findings for new diagnostics and, in particular, for women. Cytology is currently a fundamental gynaecological examination for transformational change and cervical cancer. Therefore, a group of scientists working at the University of Economics in Bydgoszcz worked for the creation of a new laboratory facility for medical diagnostics. However, they do not have sufficient knowledge and experience to work with the economic environment that are essential for the effective commercialisation of their respective research results.
