Projekt dotyczy rewitalizacji zdegradowanej przestrzeni Jedliny-Zdroju, przebudowy i modernizacji budynków w centrum uzdrowiska w celu nadania im nowych funkcji i dostosowania do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Przyczyni się do wzrost poziomu usług ogólnomiejskich poprzez funkcjonalności obszaru, nadanie budynkom nowych funkcji o charakterze społecznym i dostosowanie obiektu na cele turystyki. Projekt uporządkuje chaos przestrzenny, stworzy przestrzeń dla nowych funkcji - rekreacyjnych (zieleń, mała architektura) i parkingowych. Łączna powierzchnia zrewitalizowanej przestrzeni wyniesie 11 469 m2. W wyniku realizacji projektu wsparte zostaną 4 budynki: 2 zdegradowane budynki po byłej rozlewni wód zostaną zaadaptowane na funkcję społeczną, zdegradowany budynek handlowy zostanie zaadaptowany na kiosk informacji turystycznej, zmodernizowany zostanie również budynek Centrum Kultury pod kątem dostępności dla niepełnosprawnych. Wytworzona infrastruktura będzie dostosowana do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt obejmuje 4 zadania: Zadanie nr 1 obejmuje przebudowę i modernizację przestrzeni miejskiej oraz przebudowę i modernizację budynków w centrum uzdrowiska; Zadanie nr 2 obejmuje zakup przez wnioskodawcę zdegradowanego budynku w celu nadania mu nowych funkcji; Zadanie nr 3 obejmuje nadzór inwestorski; Zadanie nr 4 obejmuje działania promocyjne. Wnioskodawcą jest Gmina Jedlina-Zdrój, która będzie również operatorem (z wyłączeniem budynku Centrum Kultury, dla którego operatorem będzie Centrum Kultury). Projekt adresowany jest do szerokiej grupy odbiorców: dzieci, młodzieży oraz osób dorosłych. Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizacji oraz wszyscy mieszkańcy Jedliny-Zdroju dla których centrum miasta jest miejscem zamieszkania, spotkań oraz rekreacji. Projekt jest również adresowany do turystów. Uporządkowana przestrzeń centrum miasta wraz z punktem informacji turystycznej przyczyni się do wzrostu atrakcyjności turystycznej Jedliny-Zdroju. The project concerns the regeneration of a degraded area of the Jedliny-Zdrój area, the reconstruction and renovation of buildings in the centre of the Spa, in order to give them new functions and to adapt to the needs of persons with disabilities. It will help to increase the level of urban services through the functionality of the site, by giving new posts of a social character and by adapting the site to the objectives of tourism. The project will streamline the spatial chaos, create space for new functions — recreational (green, small architecture) and parking. The total surface of the regenerated space will be 11 469 m². 4 buildings will be supported as a result of the project: 2 degraded buildings after the former water bottler will be adapted for a social function, the degraded commercial building will be adapted to the touristic information kiosk and the culture centre building for accessibility to the disabled will also be modernised. The infrastructure generated will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The project comprises 4 tasks: Task No 1 covers the upgrading and modernisation of urban areas and the reconstruction and modernisation of buildings at the centre; Task No 2 covers the purchase by the applicant of a degraded building in order to give it a new function; Task No 3 includes investor supervision; Task No 4 covers promotion activities. The applicant is the municipality of Jedlina-Zdrój, which will also be the operator (with the exception of the Cultural Centre building for which the Cultural Centre will be the operator). The project is aimed at a wide audience: children, young people and adults. The beneficiaries of the project will be inhabitants of the regeneration area and all inhabitants of Jedliny-Zdrój for which the city centre is home, meetings and leisure. The project is also addressed to tourists. The structured space of the city centre, together with the tourist information point, will contribute to the increase in the attractiveness of Jedliny-Zdrój tourism. (English)
