Miej. Zad. składa się z 5 podzadań: PZ1. Rob bud. - budynek UM - III - VIII 2017 Obejmują m.in. ocieplenie ścian zew., stropu poddasza nieużytkowego, wymiana starych okien drewnianych na nowe PCV, PZ2. Roboty instalacyjne c.o. - budynek UM - III - VIII 2017 Obejmują m.in. przeb. kotłowni i instalacja co. PZ3. Roboty instalacyjne - instalacja fotowoltaniczna - budynek UM - III - VIII 2017 Obejmują m.in. wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 10,1kWp, montaż rozdzielni RPV, instalację ochrony odgromowej PZ4. Rob. bud, - budynek Gim. Miej. - III -VIII 2017 Obejmują m.in.: inwentaryzację stanu istniejącego, ocieplenie ścian zew. sali gimn. i części z salkami dyd., ocieplenie dachu sali gim., częściowo wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, wymiana orynnowania przy ocieplanej części.
