CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU jest to podniesie kompetencji komunikacyjnych,analitycznych, językowych i zawodowych 180 studentów Politechniki Łódzkiej 2 ostatnich semestrów I stopnia studiów stacjonarnych na kierunku mechatronika, automatyka i robotyka oraz mechanika i budowa maszyn w obszarze transportu do 2020r. REZULTATEM PROJEKTU będzie wsparcie 180 osób i uzyskanie ww. kompetencji w następstwie uczestnictwa w szkoleniach i warsztatach oraz krajowych i zagranicznych wizytach studyjnych. Wynikiem tych działań będzie kontynuowanie kształcenia bądź podjęcie zatrudnienia w ciągu 6 miesięcy od zakończenia projektu przez minimum 81 osób. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ stanowi 180 studentów dwóch ostatnich semestrów I stopnia studiów stacjonarnych w Politechnice Łódzkiej. BENEFICJENT OSTATECZNY uczestniczyć będzie w Programie Rozwoju Kompetencji komunikacyjnych i zawodowych . Następnym ważnym elementem wsparcia będą krajowe i zagraniczne wizyty studyjne. (Polish)

The purpose of the MAIN PROJECT is to enhance the communication, analytical, linguistic and professional competences of 180 students of the 2 most recent Semesters and the degree of fixed studies for mechatronics, automation and robotics and the mechanics and construction of machinery in the area of transport to 2020.The project will result in the support of 180 persons and the acquisition of the above-mentioned competences following participation in training courses and workshops, as well as national and foreign study visits.These activities will result in continued education or employment within 6 months of the end of the project for a minimum of 81 persons.The target group is the 180 students of the last two semesters of study at the University of Łódź Technical University.The beneficiary of the Community shall participate in the Programme for the Development of Communication and Professional Competence.The next important element of support will be the domestic and foreign study visits.
