Met het project Zorgokee aan de slag met duurzame inzetbaarheid zet Zorgokee zich in om de gezondheid en vitaliteit van haar medewerkers te vergroten. Doel is meer duurzame inzetbare medewerkers die met plezier en gezond aan het werk zijn. Het project kenmerkt zich door een integrale aanpak waarbij medewerkers betrokken zijn in zowel de planvorming als uitvoering van interventies om de duurzame inzetbaarheid te vergroten.
