“I am a driving licence — a job!” is a comprehensive one, based on the EQUAL A0468 model of the EQUAL CIP, to complete a qualification programme based on the needs of specific employers.The implementation of the scheme on the basis of needs identified in local businesses allows a person to be assigned to a designated employer who fulfils the criteria necessary for employment, which changes the image of the labour market and provides an opportunity for the better living of the persons covered.
