POWIAT LIMANOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W LIMANOWEJ

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie limanowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 17% niepełnosprawnych uczestników proj.; 35% długotrwale bezrobotnych uczestików proj; 36% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach; oraz 43% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z w/w grup.osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 18-29 lat zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I ( tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II ( tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP będzie realizować dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 in the district of limanowski.The main result of the project will be the employment of 17 % of the participants with disabilities.35 % of long-term unemployed proj;36 % of the low-skilled;and 43 % of participants who do not belong to any of the persons registered with the PLO.The project will support those aged 18-29 years eligible for the Aid Profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
