Projekt będzie realizowany w formie projektu grantowego. Celem głównym jest rozwój kompetencji cyfrowych, w tym zwiększenie stopnia oraz poprawa umiejętności korzystania z Internetu w tym eusług publicznych, u 6 200 odbiorców ostatecznych którzy ukończyli 25 rok życia, zamieszkujących gminy województwa lubelskiego i podkarpackiego, poprzez skierowane do nich działania szkoleniowe w okresie do 30.11.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez następujące działania: działania przygotowawcze, przeprowadzenie promocji konkursu grantowego i działań realizowanych w projekcie, rekrutację oraz doskonalenie trenerów, nabór grantobiorców, szkolenie instruktorów, realizację i rozliczenie mikroprojektów przez Grantobiorców, kontrolę racjonalności i prawidłowości wydatków ponoszonych przez grantobiorców. Efektem realizowanych działań będzie podniesienie kompetencji w zakresie umiejętności korzystania z Internetu w tym elektronicznych usług publicznych u min. 80% odbiorców uczestniczących w szkoleniach (Polish)

The project will be implemented in the form of a grant.The main objective is the development of digital competences, including an increase in the level of digital literacy and the improvement of the ability to use the internet, including public services, to the 6 200 final recipients aged 25 and over, in the municipalities of the Lubelskie and Podkarpackie provinces, through the training activities targeted at them in the period to 30.11.2019.The objective will be achieved through the following actions:preparatory activities, the promotion of the grant of grants and activities carried out in the project, the recruitment and improvement of trainers, the recruitment of grantors, the training of trainers, the implementation and settlement of micro-project projects, the verification of the reasonableness and regularity of the expenditure incurred by the grant contractors.The actions will lead to an increase in the competence for Internet access to this electronic public service for at least 80 % of the recipients participating in the training activities.
