-Intervention shall be directed towards improving public communication in the municipality of Full, i.e. reducing congestion and facilitating the use of public transport. The project concerns the construction of a road for bicycles connecting the municipality of Barlinek from the city centre to the city centre in Full. As part of the investment, two parking places will be built — within the investment area and in the city centre. The length of the planned cycle path is 4.747 km. The following tasks must be carried out as part of the implementation of the investment: • Development of the technical documentation• Development of a feasibility study• The development of a cycle road within the district road (km 0 + 137,40)• Construction of a road within a provincial road (km 0 + 407,16)• Construction of a road within a provincial road (km +)• Construction of a cycle path in a provincial road (km + 202,48)• Construction of a cycle path after a rail embankment (km 4 +)• Construction of a cycle road (km +)• Investment and information systems (2 items)• Information and promotion actions• Indirect costs. There will be a change in the organisation of traffic between these sections, which will make it easier for cyclists to move and take priority (also thanks to the installation of 2 traffic lights with traffic detectors at ul. B. Chrobre). As a result of the project, the output of the product will be achieved: length of road built for bicycles: 4.747 km. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de l’investissement, il est nécessaire d’effectuer les tâches suivantes: • Élaboration d’une étude de faisabilité • Construction d’une route cyclable le long d’une route de district (km 0 + 137,40) • Construction d’une route le long de la route provinciale (km 0 + 407,16) • Construction d’une route cyclable après un remblayage ferroviaire (km 4+ 202,48) • Surveillance des investisseurs • Commissions d’information et de promotion (2 pcs.) • Activités d’information et de promotion • Coûts indirects. +Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Verbesserung der öffentlichen Kommunikation in der Gemeinde Pełczyka, d. h. die Verringerung der Überlastung und die Einführung von Erleichterungen bei der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Das Projekt betrifft den Bau einer Fahrradstraße, die die Gemeinde Barlinek mit dem Stadtzentrum von Pełczyce verbindet, eine alternative Route nach Pełczyce für den Individualverkehr. Im Rahmen der Investition werden auch zwei Parkplätze gebaut – neben der Investitionszone und in der Innenstadt. Die Länge des geplanten Radweges beträgt 4,747 km. Im Rahmen der Durchführung der Investition müssen folgende Aufgaben erfüllt werden: • Entwicklung einer Machbarkeitsstudie • Bau einer Fahrradstraße entlang einer Bezirksstraße (km 0 + 137,40) • Bau einer Straße entlang der Provinzstraße (km 0 + 407,16) • Bau einer Fahrradstraße nach einem Eisenbahndamm (km 4+ 202.48) • Aufsicht der Investoren • Informations- und Fördertafeln (2 Stk.) • Informations- und Werbemaßnahmen • Indirekte Kosten. Zwischen diesen Abschnitten wird sich die Organisation des Verkehrs ändern, deren Aufgabe es sein wird, die Bewegung und Priorität für Radfahrer zu erleichtern (auch dank der Installation von 2 Ampeln mit einem Verkehrsmelder an der ul. B. Chrobrego). Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird der Output-Indikator erreicht: Länge der gebauten Straßen für Fahrräder – 4,747 km. Kao dio provedbe ulaganja, potrebno je izvršiti sljedeće zadaće: • Izrada studije izvedivosti • Izgradnja biciklističke ceste uz okružnu cestu (km 0 + 137,40) • Izgradnja ceste uz pokrajinsku cestu (km 0 + 407,16) • Izgradnja biciklističke ceste nakon željezničkog nasipa (km 4+ 202,48) • Nadzor ulagača • Informacijske i promidžbene ploče (2 kom.) • Informacijske i promotivne aktivnosti • Neizravni troškovi. Između tih dijelova promijenit će se organizacija prometa, čija će zadaća biti olakšati kretanje i prioritet biciklistima (također zahvaljujući ugradnji 2 semafora s detektorom prometa u ul. B. +Интервенцията е насочена към подобряване на обществената комуникация в община Пелчика, т.е. намаляване на задръстванията и въвеждане на улеснения при използването на обществения транспорт. Проектът се отнася до изграждането на велосипеден път, свързващ община Barlinek с центъра на града в Pełczyce, който е алтернативен маршрут на Pełczyce за индивидуален транспорт. Като част от инвестицията ще бъдат изградени и две паркоместа — до инвестиционната зона и в центъра на града. Дължината на планираната велосипедна алея е 4 747 км. Като част от изпълнението на инвестицията е необходимо да се изпълнят следните задачи: • Разработване на предпроектно проучване • Изграждане на велосипеден път по районен път (км 0 + 137,40) • Изграждане на път по протежение на провинциалния път (км 0 + 407,16) • Изграждане на велосипеден път след железопътен насип (км 4+ 202.48) • Надзор на инвеститора • Информационни и промоционални табла (2 бр.) • Информационни и промоционални дейности • Непреки разходи. Между тези участъци ще се промени организацията на трафика, чиято задача ще бъде да улесни движението и приоритета за велосипедистите (също благодарение на инсталирането на 2 светофари с детектор за движение в ул. Б. Хробрего). В резултат на проекта показателят за крайните продукти ще бъде постигнат: дължина на изградените пътища за велосипеди — 4 747 км. Hanke koskee Barlinekin kunnan ja Pełczycen keskustan yhdistävän polkupyörätien rakentamista, joka on vaihtoehtoinen reitti Pełczyceen yksittäisille kuljetuksille. +Η παρέμβαση αποσκοπεί στη βελτίωση της δημόσιας επικοινωνίας στον δήμο Pełczyka, δηλαδή στη μείωση της συμφόρησης και στην εισαγωγή διευκολύνσεων στη χρήση των δημόσιων μεταφορών. Το έργο αφορά την κατασκευή ποδηλατοδρόμου που συνδέει τον δήμο Barlinek με το κέντρο της πόλης στο Pełczyce, το οποίο αποτελεί εναλλακτική διαδρομή προς το Pełczyce για μεμονωμένες μεταφορές. Στο πλαίσιο της επένδυσης θα κατασκευαστούν επίσης δύο θέσεις στάθμευσης — δίπλα στην επενδυτική ζώνη και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το μήκος του σχεδιαζόμενου ποδηλάτου είναι 4.747 χιλιόμετρα. Στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης της επένδυσης, είναι απαραίτητο να εκτελεστούν τα ακόλουθα καθήκοντα: • Εκπόνηση μελέτης σκοπιμότητας • Κατασκευή ποδηλατοδρόμου κατά μήκος επαρχιακού δρόμου (km 0 + 137,40) • Κατασκευή οδού κατά μήκος της επαρχιακής οδού (km 0 + 407,16) • Κατασκευή ποδηλατοδρόμου μετά από σιδηροδρομικό ανάχωμα (km 4+ 202,48) • Επιτήρηση επενδυτών • Πληροφόρηση και προώθηση (2 τεμ.) • Δραστηριότητες ενημέρωσης και προώθησης • Έμμεσες δαπάνες. Μεταξύ αυτών των τμημάτων, η οργάνωση της κυκλοφορίας θα αλλάξει, αποστολή της οποίας θα είναι να διευκολύνει την κίνηση και την προτεραιότητα για τους ποδηλάτες (επίσης χάρη στην εγκατάσταση 2 φανών με ανιχνευτή κυκλοφορίας στο ul. B. Chrobrego). Ως αποτέλεσμα του έργου, θα επιτευχθεί ο δείκτης εκροών: μήκος οικοδομημένων δρόμων για ποδήλατα — 4.747 χλμ. Įgyvendinant investicijas, būtina atlikti šias užduotis: • Galimybių studijos rengimas • Dviračių kelio tiesimas palei rajoną (0 km + 137,40) • Kelio tiesimas provincijų keliu (0 + 407,16 km) • Dviračių kelio tiesimas po geležinkelio pylimo (4+ 208,48 km) • Investuotojų priežiūra • Informavimo ir reklamos lentos (2 vnt.) • Informavimo ir skatinimo veikla • netiesioginės išlaidos. Tarp šių sekcijų pasikeis eismo organizavimas, kurio užduotis bus palengvinti dviratininkų judėjimą ir prioritetą (taip pat dėl 2 šviesoforų įrengimo su eismo detektoriumi ul. B. Chrobrego). Ca parte a investiției, vor fi construite și două locuri de parcare – lângă zona de investiții și în centrul orașului. Lungimea traseului planificat pentru biciclete este de 4,747 km. Ca parte a punerii în aplicare a investiției, este necesar să se îndeplinească următoarele sarcini: • Elaborarea unui studiu de fezabilitate • Construirea unui drum pentru biciclete de-a lungul unui drum districtual (km 0 + 137,40) • Construirea unui drum de-a lungul drumului provincial (km 0 + 407,16) • Construirea unui drum pentru biciclete după un dig de cale ferată (km 4+ 202.48) • Supravegherea investitorilor • placi de informare și promovare (2 buc.) • Activități de informare și promovare • Costuri indirecte. Între aceste secțiuni, organizarea traficului se va schimba, a cărei sarcină va fi de a facilita mișcarea și prioritatea pentru bicicliști (de asemenea, datorită instalării a 2 semafoare cu un detector de trafic la ul. B. Chrobrego). Ca urmare a proiectului, indicatorul de realizare va fi atins: lungimea drumurilor construite pentru biciclete – 4,747 km. V rámci realizácie investície je potrebné vykonávať tieto úlohy: • Vypracovanie štúdie uskutočniteľnosti • Výstavba cyklistickej cesty pozdĺž okresnej cesty (km 0 + 137,40) • Výstavba cesty pozdĺž provinčnej cesty (km 0 + 407,16) • Výstavba cyklistickej cesty po železničnom nábreží (km 4+ 202.48) • Dohľad investorov • Informačné a propagačné tabule (2 ks) • Informačné a propagačné činnosti • Nepriame náklady. Medzi týmito úsekmi sa zmení organizácia premávky, ktorej úlohou bude uľahčiť pohyb a uprednostniť cyklistov (aj vďaka inštalácii 2 semaforov s detektorom premávky v ul. B. Chrobrego). V dôsledku projektu sa dosiahne ukazovateľ výstupu: dĺžka vybudovaných ciest pre bicykle – 4,747 km. Projekt sa bude realizovať v rámci zmluvy miestnej samosprávy „Leader of the Lake District“. No âmbito da execução do investimento, é necessário executar as seguintes tarefas: • Desenvolvimento de um estudo de viabilidade • Construção de uma estrada de bicicleta ao longo de uma estrada distrital (km 0 +137,40) • Construção de uma estrada ao longo da estrada provincial (km 0 +407,16) • Construção de uma estrada de bicicleta após um aterro ferroviário (km 4+202,48) • Supervisão dos investidores • Conselhos de informação e promoção (2 pcs.) • Atividades de informação e promoção • Custos indiretos. Entre estas secções, a organização do tráfego mudará, cuja tarefa será facilitar a circulação e a prioridade para os ciclistas (também graças à instalação de 2 semáforos com um detetor de tráfego em ul. B. Chrobrego (em inglês). Em resultado do projeto, o indicador de realizações será alcançado: comprimento de estradas construídas para bicicletas — 4,747 km. Som en del av genomförandet av investeringen är det nödvändigt att utföra följande uppgifter: • Utveckling av en genomförbarhetsstudie • Byggande av en cykelväg längs en distriktsväg (km 0 + 137.40) • Byggande av en väg längs landsvägen (km 0 + 407,16) • Byggande av en cykelväg efter en järnvägsvall (km 4+ 202.48) • Investerares tillsyn • Informations- och marknadsföringsnämnder (2 st.) • Informations- och marknadsföringsverksamhet • Indirekta kostnader. Mellan dessa sektioner kommer organisationen av trafiken att förändras, vars uppgift kommer att vara att underlätta rörelse och prioritet för cyklister (även tack vare installation av två trafikljus med en trafikdetektor på ul. B. Chrobrego). Som ett resultat av projektet kommer outputindikatorn att uppnås: längd på byggda vägar för cyklar – 4 747 km. +A beavatkozás célja Pełczyka településen a nyilvános kommunikáció javítása, azaz a torlódások csökkentése és a tömegközlekedés használatának megkönnyítése. A projekt egy kerékpárút megépítésére irányul, amely összeköti Barlinek önkormányzatát a Pełczyce-i városközponttal, amely egy alternatív útvonal Pełczyce felé egyéni közlekedés céljából. A beruházás részeként két parkolóhelyet is építenek – a beruházási zóna mellett és a városközpontban. A tervezett kerékpárút hossza 4,747 km. A beruházás megvalósításának részeként a következő feladatokat kell elvégezni: • Megvalósíthatósági tanulmány kidolgozása • kerékpárút építése egy járási út mentén (km 0 + 137,40) • Út építése a tartományi út mentén (km 0 + 407,16) • kerékpárút építése vasúti töltés után (4+ 202.48) • Befektetői felügyelet • Információs és promóciós táblák (2 db.) • Információs és promóciós tevékenységek • Közvetett költségek. Ezek között a szakaszok között megváltozik a forgalom szervezése, amelynek feladata a kerékpárosok mozgásának és elsőbbségének megkönnyítése lesz (az ul. B. Chrobrego). A projekt eredményeként megvalósul a kimeneti mutató: épített utak hossza kerékpárok számára – 4,747 km. A projekt a „Tókerület Vezére” helyi önkormányzati szerződés keretében valósul meg. +Cílem intervence je zlepšit komunikaci s veřejností v obci Pełczyka, tj. snížit přetížení dopravy a zavést usnadnění využívání veřejné dopravy. Projekt se týká výstavby cyklostezky spojující město Barlinek s centrem města Pełczyce, což je alternativní trasa na Pełczyce pro individuální dopravu. V rámci investice budou také vybudována dvě parkovací místa – vedle investiční zóny a v centru města. Délka plánované cyklostezky je 4 747 km. V rámci realizace investice je nutné plnit tyto úkoly: • Vypracování studie proveditelnosti • Výstavba cyklostezek podél okresní silnice (km 0 + 137,40) • Výstavba silnice podél provinční silnice (km 0 + 407,16) • Výstavba cyklostezek po železničním nábřeží (km 4 + 202,48) • Dohled investorů • Informační a propagační desky (2 ks) • Informační a propagační činnosti • Nepřímé náklady. Mezi těmito úseky se změní organizace dopravy, jejímž úkolem bude usnadnit pohyb a prioritu cyklistům (také díky instalaci 2 semaforů s dopravním detektorem na ul. B. Chrobrego). V důsledku projektu bude dosaženo ukazatele výstupů: délka vystavěných silnic pro jízdní kola – 4 747 km. Projekt bude realizován v rámci smlouvy o místní samosprávě „Leader of the Lake District“. +Formålet med interventionen er at forbedre den offentlige kommunikation i Pełczyka kommune, dvs. at mindske trængslen og indføre lettelser i brugen af offentlig transport. Projektet vedrører opførelsen af en cykelvej, der forbinder Barlinek kommune med byens centrum i Pełczyce, som er en alternativ rute til Pełczyce for individuel transport. Som en del af investeringen vil der også blive bygget to parkeringspladser — ved siden af investeringszonen og i byens centrum. Længden af den planlagte cykelsti er 4,747 km. Som led i gennemførelsen af investeringen er det nødvendigt at udføre følgende opgaver: • Udvikling af en gennemførlighedsundersøgelse • Opførelse af en cykelvej langs en distriktsvej (km 0 + 137,40) • Anlæg af en vej langs provinsvejen (km 0 + 407,16) • Opførelse af en cykelvej efter en jernbanedæmning (km 4+ 202.48) • Investortilsyn • Informations- og reklamenævn (2 stk.) • Informations- og salgsfremstødsaktiviteter • Indirekte omkostninger. Mellem disse sektioner vil organiseringen af trafikken ændre sig, hvis opgave vil være at lette bevægelse og prioritet for cyklister (også takket være installationen af 2 trafiklys med en trafikdetektor på ul. B. Chrobrego. Som et resultat af projektet vil outputindikatoren blive opnået: længde af bygget veje til cykler — 4,747 km. Investīciju īstenošanas ietvaros ir jāveic šādi uzdevumi: • Priekšizpētes izstrāde • Velosipēdu ceļa būvniecība pa rajona ceļu (0 + 137,40 km) • ceļa būvniecība gar provinces ceļu (0 + 407,16 km) • Velosipēdu ceļa būvniecība pēc dzelzceļa krastmalas (4+ 202,48 km) • Investoru uzraudzība • Informācijas un veicināšanas dēļi (2 gab.) • Informācijas un veicināšanas pasākumi • netiešās izmaksas. +Namen intervencije je izboljšati komunikacijo z javnostjo v občini Pełczyka, tj. zmanjšati zastoje in uvesti olajšave pri uporabi javnega prevoza. Projekt se nanaša na gradnjo kolesarske ceste, ki povezuje občino Barlinek s središčem mesta Pełczyce, ki je alternativna pot do Pełczyce za individualni prevoz. V okviru investicije bosta zgrajena tudi dva parkirna mesta – poleg naložbenega območja in v središču mesta. Dolžina načrtovane kolesarske poti je 4,747 km. V okviru izvajanja naložbe je treba opraviti naslednje naloge: • Razvoj študije izvedljivosti • Gradnja kolesarske ceste po okrajni cesti (km 0 +137.40) • Gradnja ceste ob pokrajinski cesti (km 0 +407,16) • Izgradnja kolesarske ceste po železniškem nasipu (km 4+202,48) • nadzor vlagateljev • informacijske in promocijske table (2 kos) • dejavnosti informiranja in promocije • Posredni stroški. Med temi odseki se bo spremenila organizacija prometa, katere naloga bo olajšati gibanje in prednost kolesarjem (tudi zaradi namestitve dveh semaforjev z detektorjem prometa na ul. B. Chrobrego). Kot rezultat projekta bo kazalnik izložkov dosežen: dolžina grajenih cest za kolesa – 4,747 km. Projekt se bo izvajal v okviru pogodbe o lokalni upravi „Leader of the Lake District“. Podejmowana interwencja nakierowana jest na działania usprawniające komunikację publiczną w Gminie Pełczyce, tj. zmniejszenia zatorów i wprowadzenie ułatwień w zakresie korzystania z transportu publicznego. Projekt dotyczy budowy drogi dla rowerów łączącej Gminę Barlinek z centrum miasta w Pełczycach stanowiącą alternatywną trasę dojazdu do Pełczyc dla transportu indywidualnego. W ramach inwestycji zostaną wybudowane również dwa miejsca postojowe – przy strefie inwestycyjnej oraz w centrum miasta. Długość planowanej ścieżki rowerowej wynosi 4,747 km. W ramach realizacji inwestycji konieczne jest wykonanie następujących zadań: • Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej • Opracowanie studium wykonalności • Budowa drogi rowerowej w ciągu drogi powiatowej (km 0+137,40) • Budowa drogi w ciągu drogi wojewódzkiej (km 0+407,16) • Budowa drogi rowerowej po nasypie kolejowym (km 4+202,48) • Nadzór inwestorski • Tablice informacyjno-promocyjne (2 szt.) • Działania informacyjno-promocyjne • Koszty pośrednie. Pomiędzy tymi odcinkami zmianie ulegnie organizacja ruchu, której zadaniem będzie ułatwienie poruszania i pierwszeństwo dla rowerzystów (również dzięki instalacji 2 sygnalizacji świetlnych z detektorem ruchu przy ul. B. Chrobrego). W wyniku realizacji projektu osiągnięty zostanie wskaźnik produktu: długość wybudowanych dróg dla rowerów - 4,747km. As part of the investment, two parking places will also be built – next to the investment zone and in the city centre. The length of the planned cycle path is 4.747 km. Das Projekt betrifft den Bau einer Fahrradstraße, die die Gemeinde Barlinek mit dem Stadtzentrum von Pełczyce verbindet, eine alternative Route nach Pełczyce für den Individualverkehr. Im Rahmen der Investition werden auch zwei Parkplätze gebaut – neben der Investitionszone und in der Innenstadt. Die Länge des geplanten Radweges beträgt 4,747 km. Im Rahmen der Durchführung der Investition müssen folgende Aufgaben erfüllt werden: • Entwicklung einer Machbarkeitsstudie • Bau einer Fahrradstraße entlang einer Bezirksstraße (km 0 + 137,40) • Bau einer Straße entlang der Provinzstraße (km 0 + 407,16) • Bau einer Fahrradstraße nach einem Eisenbahndamm (km 4+ 202.48) • Aufsicht der Investoren • Informations- und Fördertafeln (2 Stk.) • Informations- und Werbemaßnahmen • Indirekte Kosten. Kao dio provedbe ulaganja, potrebno je izvršiti sljedeće zadaće: • Izrada studije izvedivosti • Izgradnja biciklističke ceste uz okružnu cestu (km 0 + 137,40) • Izgradnja ceste uz pokrajinsku cestu (km 0 + 407,16) • Izgradnja biciklističke ceste nakon željezničkog nasipa (km 4+ 202,48) • Nadzor ulagača • Informacijske i promidžbene ploče (2 kom.) • Informacijske i promotivne aktivnosti • Neizravni troškovi. Проектът се отнася до изграждането на велосипеден път, свързващ община Barlinek с центъра на града в Pełczyce, който е алтернативен маршрут на Pełczyce за индивидуален транспорт. Като част от инвестицията ще бъдат изградени и две паркоместа — до инвестиционната зона и в центъра на града. Дължината на планираната велосипедна алея е 4 747 км. Като част от изпълнението на инвестицията е необходимо да се изпълнят следните задачи: • Разработване на предпроектно проучване • Изграждане на велосипеден път по районен път (км 0 + 137,40) • Изграждане на път по протежение на провинциалния път (км 0 + 407,16) • Изграждане на велосипеден път след железопътен насип (км 4+ 202.48) • Надзор на инвеститора • Информационни и промоционални табла (2 бр.) • Информационни и промоционални дейности • Непреки разходи. Между тези участъци ще се промени организацията на трафика, чиято задача ще бъде да улесни движението и приоритета за велосипедистите (също благодарение на инсталирането на 2 светофари с детектор за движение в ул. Б. Хробрего). В резултат на проекта показателят за крайните продукти ще бъде постигнат: дължина на изградените пътища за велосипеди — 4 747 км. Toimenpiteen tarkoituksena on parantaa julkista viestintää Pełczykan kunnassa eli vähentää ruuhkia ja helpottaa julkisen liikenteen käyttöä. Hanke koskee Barlinekin kunnan ja Pełczycen keskustan yhdistävän polkupyörätien rakentamista, joka on vaihtoehtoinen reitti Pełczyceen yksittäisille kuljetuksille. Osana investointia rakennetaan myös kaksi pysäköintipaikkaa – investointialueen viereen ja kaupungin keskustaan. Suunnitellun polkupyöräpolun pituus on 4 747 km. Osana investoinnin toteuttamista on tarpeen suorittaa seuraavat tehtävät: • Toteutettavuustutkimuksen kehittäminen • polkupyörätien rakentaminen piiritien varrelle (km 0 + 137,40) • tien rakentaminen maakuntatien varrelle (km 0 + 407,16) • polkupyörätien rakentaminen rautatien penkereen jälkeen (km 4+ 202,48) • Sijoittajavalvonta • Tiedotus- ja menekinedistämislautat (2 kpl) • tiedotus- ja menekinedistämistoimet • välilliset kustannukset. Η παρέμβαση αποσκοπεί στη βελτίωση της δημόσιας επικοινωνίας στον δήμο Pełczyka, δηλαδή στη μείωση της συμφόρησης και στην εισαγωγή διευκολύνσεων στη χρήση των δημόσιων μεταφορών. Το έργο αφορά την κατασκευή ποδηλατοδρόμου που συνδέει τον δήμο Barlinek με το κέντρο της πόλης στο Pełczyce, το οποίο αποτελεί εναλλακτική διαδρομή προς το Pełczyce για μεμονωμένες μεταφορές. Στο πλαίσιο της επένδυσης θα κατασκευαστούν επίσης δύο θέσεις στάθμευσης — δίπλα στην επενδυτική ζώνη και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το μήκος του σχεδιαζόμενου ποδηλάτου είναι 4.747 χιλιόμετρα. Investicijos metu taip pat bus įrengtos dvi automobilių stovėjimo vietos – šalia investicinės zonos ir miesto centre. Planuojamo dviračių tako ilgis – 4 747 km. Įgyvendinant investicijas, būtina atlikti šias užduotis: • Galimybių studijos rengimas • Dviračių kelio tiesimas palei rajoną (0 km + 137,40) • Kelio tiesimas provincijų keliu (0 + 407,16 km) • Dviračių kelio tiesimas po geležinkelio pylimo (4+ 208,48 km) • Investuotojų priežiūra • Informavimo ir reklamos lentos (2 vnt.) • Informavimo ir skatinimo veikla • netiesioginės išlaidos. Proiectul vizează construirea unui drum pentru biciclete care leagă municipalitatea Barlinek de centrul orașului Pełczyce, care este o rută alternativă la Pełczyce pentru transport individual. Ca parte a investiției, vor fi construite și două locuri de parcare – lângă zona de investiții și în centrul orașului. Lungimea traseului planificat pentru biciclete este de 4,747 km. Ca parte a punerii în aplicare a investiției, este necesar să se îndeplinească următoarele sarcini: • Elaborarea unui studiu de fezabilitate • Construirea unui drum pentru biciclete de-a lungul unui drum districtual (km 0 + 137,40) • Construirea unui drum de-a lungul drumului provincial (km 0 + 407,16) • Construirea unui drum pentru biciclete după un dig de cale ferată (km 4+ 202.48) • Supravegherea investitorilor • placi de informare și promovare (2 buc.) • Activități de informare și promovare • Costuri indirecte. Între aceste secțiuni, organizarea traficului se va schimba, a cărei sarcină va fi de a facilita mișcarea și prioritatea pentru bicicliști (de asemenea, datorită instalării a 2 semafoare cu un detector de trafic la ul. Medzi týmito úsekmi sa zmení organizácia premávky, ktorej úlohou bude uľahčiť pohyb a uprednostniť cyklistov (aj vďaka inštalácii 2 semaforov s detektorom premávky v ul. B. Chrobrego). O projeto diz respeito à construção de uma estrada de bicicleta que liga o município de Barlinek ao centro da cidade de Pełczyce, que constitui uma rota alternativa para o transporte individual de Pełczyce. Como parte do investimento, também serão construídos dois lugares de parque — ao lado da zona de investimento e no centro da cidade. O comprimento da ciclovia planejada é de 4,747 km. No âmbito da execução do investimento, é necessário executar as seguintes tarefas: • Desenvolvimento de um estudo de viabilidade • Construção de uma estrada de bicicleta ao longo de uma estrada distrital (km 0 +137,40) • Construção de uma estrada ao longo da estrada provincial (km 0 +407,16) • Construção de uma estrada de bicicleta após um aterro ferroviário (km 4+202,48) • Supervisão dos investidores • Conselhos de informação e promoção (2 pcs.) • Atividades de informação e promoção • Custos indiretos. Entre estas secções, a organização do tráfego mudará, cuja tarefa será facilitar a circulação e a prioridade para os ciclistas (também graças à instalação de 2 semáforos com um detetor de tráfego em ul. A beavatkozás célja Pełczyka településen a nyilvános kommunikáció javítása, azaz a torlódások csökkentése és a tömegközlekedés használatának megkönnyítése. A projekt egy kerékpárút megépítésére irányul, amely összeköti Barlinek önkormányzatát a Pełczyce-i városközponttal, amely egy alternatív útvonal Pełczyce felé egyéni közlekedés céljából. A beruházás részeként két parkolóhelyet is építenek – a beruházási zóna mellett és a városközpontban. A tervezett kerékpárút hossza 4,747 km. A beruházás megvalósításának részeként a következő feladatokat kell elvégezni: • Megvalósíthatósági tanulmány kidolgozása • kerékpárút építése egy járási út mentén (km 0 + 137,40) • Út építése a tartományi út mentén (km 0 + 407,16) • kerékpárút építése vasúti töltés után (4+ 202.48) • Befektetői felügyelet • Információs és promóciós táblák (2 db.) • Információs és promóciós tevékenységek • Közvetett költségek. Ezek között a szakaszok között megváltozik a forgalom szervezése, amelynek feladata a kerékpárosok mozgásának és elsőbbségének megkönnyítése lesz (az ul. B. Chrobrego). A projekt eredményeként megvalósul a kimeneti mutató: épített utak hossza kerékpárok számára – 4,747 km. A projekt a „Tókerület Vezére” helyi önkormányzati szerződés keretében valósul meg. Investīciju īstenošanas ietvaros ir jāveic šādi uzdevumi: • Priekšizpētes izstrāde • Velosipēdu ceļa būvniecība pa rajona ceļu (0 + 137,40 km) • ceļa būvniecība gar provinces ceļu (0 + 407,16 km) • Velosipēdu ceļa būvniecība pēc dzelzceļa krastmalas (4+ 202,48 km) • Investoru uzraudzība • Informācijas un veicināšanas dēļi (2 gab.) • Informācijas un veicināšanas pasākumi • netiešās izmaksas. Starp šiem posmiem mainīsies satiksmes organizācija, kuras uzdevums būs atvieglot riteņbraucēju kustību un prioritāti (arī pateicoties 2 luksoforu uzstādīšanai ar satiksmes detektoru ul). B. Chrobrego). Projekta rezultātā tiks sasniegts iznākuma rādītājs: velosipēdu apbūvēto ceļu garums — 4,747 km. Projekts tiks īstenots Pašvaldības līguma “Ezeru rajona vadība” ietvaros. Namen intervencije je izboljšati komunikacijo z javnostjo v občini Pełczyka, tj. zmanjšati zastoje in uvesti olajšave pri uporabi javnega prevoza. Projekt se nanaša na gradnjo kolesarske ceste, ki povezuje občino Barlinek s središčem mesta Pełczyce, ki je alternativna pot do Pełczyce za individualni prevoz. V okviru investicije bosta zgrajena tudi dva parkirna mesta – poleg naložbenega območja in v središču mesta. Dolžina načrtovane kolesarske poti je 4,747 km. V okviru izvajanja naložbe je treba opraviti naslednje naloge: • Razvoj študije izvedljivosti • Gradnja kolesarske ceste po okrajni cesti (km 0 +137.40) • Gradnja ceste ob pokrajinski cesti (km 0 +407,16) • Izgradnja kolesarske ceste po železniškem nasipu (km 4+202,48) • nadzor vlagateljev • informacijske in promocijske table (2 kos) • dejavnosti informiranja in promocije • Posredni stroški. Med temi odseki se bo spremenila organizacija prometa, katere naloga bo olajšati gibanje in prednost kolesarjem (tudi zaradi namestitve dveh semaforjev z detektorjem prometa na ul. B. Chrobrego). Kot rezultat projekta bo kazalnik izložkov dosežen: dolžina grajenih cest za kolesa – 4,747 km. Projekt se bo izvajal v okviru pogodbe o lokalni upravi „Leader of the Lake District“. Projekt je na seznamu prednostnih projektov KS. (Slovenian)
