Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest wdrożenie nowej technologii produkcji oraz uruchomieniu na jej podstawie wytwarzania znacząco ulepszonych, w stosunku do dotychczas wytwarzanych na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej produktów: - Nowy typ materiału do hydroizolacji dla budownictwa - sprasowane pyły do hydroizolacji; - Nowy typ mieszanek stabilizacyjnych wytwarzanych na bazie nowego typu lepiszcza do stabilizacji gruntu - sprasowanych pyłów. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnej, własnej technologii przeróbki odpadowych hałd kruszywa i wytwarzania innowacyjnych produktów, poprzez stworzenie dedykowanej i indywidualnie zsyntezowanej linii technologicznej dla produkcji nowych produktów, jako strategii uzyskania przewagi konkurencyjnej. W ramach realizowanego projektu przedsiębiorstwo zamierza wdrożyć w życie innowacyjną, niespotykaną na skalę kraju, całkowicie bezodpadową technologię przerobu kruszyw i wytworzyć dzięki jej zastosowaniu oraz dzięki opracowanej we własnym zakresie procedurze produkcyjnej, nowe produkty o unikalnych właściwościach, o przeznaczeniu dla budownictwa jednorodzinnego, przemysłowego jak i drogowego. The aim of this project is to implement the new production technology and to apply, on the basis of its production, significantly improved production compared to the products produced so far in the Republic of Poland:— A new type of hydrogeological material for construction — compressed dust for hydroinsulation;— The new type of stabilisation mixture manufactured on the basis of a new type of binders for the stabilisation of the ground — compressed particulates.The main objective of the project is to implement the innovative, proprietary process for waste slag heaps and innovative products through the creation of a dedicated and individually synthesised technology line for the production of new products as a strategy for gaining a competitive advantage.In the course of the project it intends to implement an innovative, unprecedented nationwide technology for the reprocessing of aggregates and through its application, and through its own production procedure, new products with unique properties, intended for use for single-family, industrial and road construction.
