"Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja inwestycji technologicznej mającej na celu wdrożenie nowatorskiej, wysoce zaawansowanej technologii wytwarzania reaktorów UV do soków i koncentratów owocowych oraz wody, i na jej podstawie uruchomienie seryjnej produkcji pierwszego na świecie typoszeregu reaktorów UV do soków i koncentratów owocowych oraz wody o różnych zakresach wydajności. Wdrażana technologia jest bezpośrednim efektem własnych prac B+R Wnioskodawcy w postaci praw własności przemysłowej (tj. zgłoszenie patentowe zarejestrowane pod nr P.415839 w dn. 18.01.2016r.). Jej wdrożenie stanowi bezpośrednią odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane potrzeby, wymagania i preferencje odbiorców jak również globalnych tendencji. Zarówno wdrażana technologia jak i nowy produkt będą INNOWACJĄ MIĘDZYNARODOWĄ. Główne elementy innowacyjności stanowią planowane do zastosowania autorskie rozwiązania technologiczne dotychczas niestosowane przez żadne przedsiębiorstwo zarówno w Polsce jak i na świecie. Głównym celem projektu jest wzmocnienie konkurencyjności i podniesienie poziomu innowacyjności B&P Engineering, poprzez wdrożenie ww. technologii. Zostanie on osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących celów szczegółowych: 1. Wdrożenie wyników prowadzonych prac B+R do praktyki biznesowej; 2. Inwestycja w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe związane z budową hali produkcyjnej oraz zakupem środków trwałych niezbędnych do wdrożenia innowacyjnej technologii; 3. Optymalizacja aspektów związanych z politykami horyzontalnymi (zrównoważony rozwój, równość szans i niedyskryminacji) na wszystkich etapach prac wdrożeniowych; 4. Dywersyfikacja działalności B&P Engineering, poprzez rozpoczęcie seryjnej produkcji typoszeregu reaktorów UV do wszystkich rodzajów soków owocowych i wody o różnych zakresach wydajności charakteryzujących się od pośredniej konkurencji: różnorodnością zastosowania, mniejszą energochłonnością (o 20%), większą wydajnością, większą sterylnością i higienicznością procesu, dłuższą żywotnością (o (Polish)

‘The project is an implementation of a technological investment to implement a novel, highly advanced technology for the production of UV reactors for fruit juice and concentrates and water and, on the basis thereof, make the production of the first type of production of the world’s first type of UV reactors for fruit juice and concentrates and water of different performance levels.The technology implemented is a direct result of the Applicant’s own R & D work in the form of industrial property rights (i.e. the patent application registered under no. P.415839 on18.01.2016).Its implementation is a direct response to the identified needs, requirements and preferences of consumers as well as global trends.Both the technology and the new product will be of international innovation.The main elements of innovation are intended to apply the technological solutions that have so far not been used by any company in both Poland and globally.The main objective of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness and innovation of B & P engineering through the implementation of the above-mentioned technologies.It shall be achieved by pursuing the following specific objectives:1.Implementation of R & D results in business practice;2.Investment in tangible assets relating to the construction of a production hall and the purchase of fixed assets necessary for the implementation of innovative technology;3.Optimising the aspects related to horizontal policies (sustainable development, equal opportunities and non-discrimination) at all stages of implementation work;4.Diversification of R & P Engineering activities, by bringing the typology of UV reactors in series to all types of fruit juice and water of different efficiency ranges from indirect competition:use diversity, lower intensity (by 20 %), higher efficiency, greater sterility and process hygiene, longer life (o (English)
