Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Fundusz Impera Alfa jest funduszem typu VC, który został powołany w celu finansowania projektów technologicznych na etapie fazy Proof of Principle i Proof of Concept, pochodzących przede wszystkim ze środowisk jednostek naukowych. Personel Funduszu dysponuje wieloletnim doświadczeniem związanym z zarządzaniem funduszami typu VC, w szczególności funduszami inwestującymi w projekty na bardzo wczesnym etapie rozwoju. W związku z powyższym, managerowie Funduszu posiadają umiejętności w zarządzaniu projektami badawczymi, mającymi głównie na celu dalszą komercjalizację ich wyników. Fundusz, w ramach swojej dotychczasowej działalności, zbudował ogólnopolska sieć kontaktów z organizacjami, które stanowią źródło potencjalnych projektów. W szczególności są to: (i) centra transferu technologii utworzone przy uczelniach wyższych, (ii) instytuty badawcze, (iii) parki technologiczne oraz inkubatory przedsiębiorczości, (iv) brokerzy technologii, (v) organizacje przyuczelniane, w tym studenckie koła naukowe, oraz (vi) indywidualni pracownicy naukowi. Filozofia funduszu Impera Alfa cechuje się podejmowaniem aktywnej roli w procesie zarządzania realizowanymi projektami. W szczególności, personel Funduszu kładzie szczególny nacisk na nadzór rozwoju projektów oraz wsparcie i mentoring zespołów projektowych. W ramach pełnienia funkcji mentoringu, managerowie Funduszu wspomagają projektodawców poprzez pomoc w zarządzaniu zespołem, sprzedaży, finansach oraz księgowości. Dodatkowo, Fundusz angażuje także ekspertów zewnętrznych, którzy wspierają zespoły projektowe w prowadzonych pracach badawczych. (Polish)

Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The Ima Alfa Fund is a venture capital fund, which has been set up to fund technological projects in the phase of the Proof of Principle and Proof of Concept, coming primarily from the scientific bodies.The Fund staff has a multi-annual experience with the management of VC funds, in particular those investing in projects at a very early stage of development.In the light of the above, the managers of the Fund have skills in the management of research projects, mainly aimed at further commercialisation of their results.The Fund, in the course of its past activities, has built a nationwide network of contacts with organisations which are a source of potential projects.In particular:(i) technology transfer centres established at universities, (ii) research institutes, (iii) technology parks and business incubators, (iv) technology brokers, (v) university organisations, including student science circles, and (vi) individual scientific researchers.The philosophy of the fund of Ima Alfa is characterised by an active role in the management of the projects implemented.In particular, the Fund’s staff shall pay particular attention to the supervision of project development and to the support and mentoring of project teams.As part of their mentoring function, managers of the Fund support project promoters by helping them manage their team, sell, finance and keep accounts.In addition, the Fund also involves external experts to support project teams in their research activities.
