Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie szeregu prac badawczo- rozwojowych prowadzących do wypracowania innowacji produktowej (stworzenie znacząco ulepszonego wyrobu poprzez nadanie mu nowych cech użytkowych: bakteriobójczość i grzybobójczość) i procesowej (zwiększenie efektywności produkcyjnej poprze skrócenie czasu impregnacji oraz zwiększenie ochronności warstwy ochronnej produktu w trakcie jego transportu) oraz wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R poprzez zakup specjalistycznego dźwigu HDS przeznaczonego do montażu na samochodzie ciężarowym wraz z usługą jego montażu oraz usłudze montażu innowacyjnej platformy transportowej na naczepie samochodu ciężarowego, powstałej jako prototyp w części badawczo-rozwojowej projektu. Część badawcza projektu zakłada min.: • opracowanie nowej mieszaniny soli amonowych z różnymi nanocząstkami pozwalającymi nadać wiązarom dachowym właściwości bakteriobójcze i grzybobójcze oraz opracowanie technologii jej implementacji do praktyki przemysłowej, • opracowanie nowej, wysokosprawnej produkcji wiązarów dachowych impregnowanych metodą zanurzeniową w wannach z wymiennikami ciepła i turbolizatorami przepływu zwiększającymi konwekcję i dyfuzję związków nanocząstek do wnętrza porów i cewek drewna (3-krotne skrócenie czasu impregnacji), • opracowanie optymalizacji w zakresie specjalistycznego transportu pozwalającego o 30 % zwiększyć ochronność warstwy impregnującej na wyrobie gotowym poprzez wprowadzenie zasadniczych zmian w sposobie dźwigowego przenoszenia wiązarów dachowy z linii produkcyjnej na samochód transportowy, transport drogowy do klienta który odbywać się będzie na innowacyjnej platformie transportowej oraz ponowne dźwigowe przenoszenie wiązarów dachowy z trakcie ich montażu na dachu klienta. • wykonanie prototypu innowacyjnej platformy transportowej pozwalającej przewozić wiązary dachowy w inny niż dotychczas sposób podnoszący dbałość o powłokę ochroną (inne ułożenie wiązarów).
